I came here to buy black Indian salt and immediately found what I wanted. I also bought shampoo and conditioner. Service is good. Easy to find parking outside. I tried their food at the restaurant inside the store, and it was great! They also have Vegan and vegetarian options here.

Good India style fast vegetarian food center. It is great to buy groceries and eat food in the same place. Friendly customer service. You get all kinds of Bombay style street food here. And plentiful of sweets and savories to choose. I recommend this place who love India food. Private Parking on back of the store.

INDIA (via Eat the World Los Angeles) – There are many locations of India Sweets & Spices around Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and into Orange County, but not all of these are made equal. In the Valley, there are only two, but the Canoga Park location is by far the best and might challenge for best in the Southland as well. They seem to cook much of their food, which is all vegetarian, like you might find from family members if you are lucky enough to have Indian relatives.

It was ok. I primarily went to get groceries. A bit unorganized when it comes to spices and stuff. workers didn’t know what I was asking and I had to show a picture. Oh well, maybe he is new. Just a suggestion, if they can have some sort of display on top of the aisle so we don’t have to roam around finding things.

The energy at both locations at Canoga Park and Parenthia near Northridge is not very good. They do not seem very friendly when you walk in. Other wise. food is okay. If you want great Indian food, there are plenty near by as well as Indian grocery stores.
