Great established Indian restaurant in Monroe. I wish I knew about this place sooner. They are tucked back in the plaza. The food was great authentic Indian and emphasis on the spicey. We just did take out but the atmosphere was very nice and they were really quick. We had the samosa, naan, and korai chicken. Definitely going back for more.

We’ve been going to India Raj for years, and used to live nearby, but still have family in the area and order food from Indian Raj whenever we can. I have eaten at alot of Indian restaurants, and this is my favorite.

Please support this business if you’re ever craving delicious Indian food! The staff is incredibly friendly, and I’ve never had a bad meal(but I’d definitely recommend the lamb). Just as a heads up, they only do takeout!

No doubt the worst Indian food I’ve ever had, no flavor, overcooked meat. The tikki masala had no cream in it and no rich flavor. They only take cash and I can only assume the reason why is that they are going under and need to hide income. Try Taj in stamford if you want real indian food. I only review if food is amazing or terrible so take this as a real warning.
