I was starving and saw Indian food, so I had to check this place out. I was NOT disappointed. Saw Chicken Tikka Pizza on the menu, and it was a lock. The pizza came out hot and tasty with a little bit of spice. Do yourself a favor and let it cool a little so the toppings dont just fall off lol! Definitely on the return list for me.

Family went there to have the unlimited pani puri.
Cozy little place serving lots of things – Indian dishes, alcohol and they have a food truck also parked outside.
Interior decor was just awesome, with the movie posters
The service was very good and attentive.
Pani could have been a little more spicier.
Overall loved the experience.

Not the best of the food trucks I have been to in recent times. The food tastes OK. My son liked the chicken wings though. The gobi Manchurian was sour in taste. Paneer pizza slice was mediocre. Felt the veggie sandwich was way very expensive for just onions and tomatoes in a toasted bread.

We liked this spot so much. Good variety of dishes and price is reasonable. We loved the Indian filter coffee , so good for the chill rainy day. Briyani is good and spicy level is controlled. Dhahi Puri is yummy and less sweeter. Pav bhaji is good . Over all , we liked all food we tried here and playing carom inside the restaurant. Highly Recommend this spot for Indian chai $0.99 and butter biscuits. They also do have unlimited pani puris.

We tried the paneer/cheese pizza, egg noodles, and idly from Indian Canteen, and everything was absolutely delicious and authentic. The pizza stood out with its perfect blend of Indian flavors, making it a great choice for those who enjoy Indian-style pizza. The quality and taste of the food were excellent, and it felt like a true taste of home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Indian dishes with a twist!

This hidden gem offers a delicious fusion of Indian flavors, along with impeccable service and friendly vibes.
They offer unlimited live Panipuri for $9.99 per person, puri was crispy, pani was perfect, channa was hot and fresh but a bit hard unlike the usual soft channa you find. I also highly recommend the chicken tikka sandwich – which is juicy and flavorful. Onion samsos were crispy and tasty. My friend, who tried the chai enjoyed it. Beyond the food, the service was top-notch.
And let’s not forget the prices! Fusion Cafe offers incredibly reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food you get.

Parents visited this place and were unimpressed. Every single item on the menu is overpriced. For the type of service they provide (order at the front, pick up food, paper plates) they charge too much.

$15.99 for parotta and goat paya and they gave literally 1 parotta. Whose hunger will that curb? Maybe an 8 year old. Food was good in flavor apparently but extremely expensive, for the price you could go to a traditional restaurant and get the full experience. No tiffin items either don’t know why.

Very surprised to see a Indian place in a gas station! The place inside was ok, could be more clean. We got samosa chaat, paneer biryani, and vada pav. Samosa chaat was flavorful, but samosa was a bit soggy. Paneer biryani flavor was really good, but big peppercorns ruined some bites. Rice was also little chewy. Paneer was cooked perfectly. Vada Pav bread was stale. The curry part was good, and the onions were fresh. Chai was hot and fresh. Really good to see a new place enter the apex market. They are new, so confident they will improve. Wish them the best!

We visited the fusion Cafe on Thursday March 14th 2024 in a group of 10 family friends and had a good time enjoying the unlimited Indian delicacy of Pani Puri. There are many other choices to order from the menu to eat there or take out.

Mani the manager is very friendly and helps you order what you need and makes suggestions if you are confused about what to order from the menu. They also have desserts and drinks if you have any more space left after the unlimited Pani Puri treat.

Ordered the chicken biryani and tandoori pizza.
Biryani didn’t taste fresh and the pizza was sloppy. The toppings were cut too thick and were falling off the pizza, dough was definitely frozen store bought and the veggies weren’t cooked because of the thickness. Chai wasn’t fresh either and too sweet.
The idea of this place is good but definitely cut corners.
