For some reason, I crave Indian food whenever I’m in Manteca. I finally had some yesterday and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing.

The restaurant itself is decorated very nicely and the bathroom is gorgeous. The server (older gentleman) was friendly and great so most of the stars go to him.

Tandoori Chicken was super dry and tasted as if it was cooked the day before and just reheated for us. Garlic Naan was burnt and the garlic flavor was almost non-existent. Butter Chicken had the weirdest flavor but was also bland at the same time. The samosas were the only decent food item. I didn’t try the coffee but was told that it tasted like it was made using instant/powdered coffee.

I hate to leave a less than stellar review but I can’t recommend this place nor will I ever try this place again. However, thank you to the server for the great service!

Amazing! Due to the pandemic, it had been more than a year and a half since I had a chance to enjoy Indian cuisine. What a treat to come back to. Everything my partner and I tried was delicious from the samosas to the Naan to the Chicken Korma. The atmosphere was splendid, the staff friendly and the food rich and delicious. I absolutely will be back again and again.

I tried this place awhile back . I’d say about a year now. I’ve been addicted since the first time. Ive tried plenty dishes and every single one is great. My usual is the Aloo Gobi, Chana Masala, Samosa, vegetable curry, and of course with the basmati rice on the side, and garlic Naan. My children love it as well. The restaurant itself is amazing with decor, from the front of the store to the cultural and cleanliness bathrooms. The owners are real friendly and they’re a owner operating spot, so you get to talk to the owners directly any-day of the week. The bar set up is amazing. If you’re in the Manteca area and like Indian food or want to try Indian food. This is the spot. I took a few pictures when I was there but they don’t do justice , you have to go for your selves. You can thank me later.

As a restaurant interior was good and lot of antique placed with lot of dolls and other things. Service was a concern not too attentive most of the time people are inside the kitchen, table and sofas too low and uncomfortable to seat in dine in .
Now food- Bollywood wings ( don’t go this option it’s a simple Chinese with honey fried wings) .
Never try Briyani this restaurant shrimps was not even peeled , checking is not cooked properly and very very hot and spicy even you mention medium spicy.

We visited this place on our way back from Yosemite National park. It’s a good place to have dinner after a long day and hungry. They even welcomed us to dine in even though it’s closing time.

The restaurant is having an amazing decor throughout the restaurant and photos representing historic Mughal Indian culture.

Aloo tikki was good which we ordered as starter. Spring rolls was not so cooked properly. Chicken biriyani was ok and didn’t had much masala flavor to chicken. Veg dishes – Dal makhani and Malai kofta was good along with Rotis. Lassi was watery and didn’t like it. They didn’t served water for us. Overall it was good experience.

The atmosphere and staff were really nice. Food was good too. The inside of the restaurant is a good vibe to sit in and eat. They do takeout as well. Plenty of parking outside.

This is not an ordinary Indian restaurant, this a masterpiece from India. I was amazed by the decorations and art. Abstract work tight the east and the west in a lovely location.
Im glad I had the chance to visit, I was there accidentally coming from SF. To bad my experience would be much better if I dine in. However, I picked the rotti with lamb kabab and my first impression was great. Tender well balanced spices, elevate you to a great country and culture. Very happy that someone appreciate his culture and represent it in an elegant way. Looking forward to visit them again soon.
The loving corner great for a lovely date, or for someone visit, great spot to invite a guest.

This is honestly the best Indian food restaurants I’ve come across with my family. They are vegan, gluten free friendly and can sub coconut milk for some dishes that have cream. We travel a lot around the world and tey all types of food when travelling and Indian food is one of thos and this place is really that good!! I’m on a dairy free gluten free diet and this place totally works with my way of eating.
The food is fresh, the restaurant is not only very clean but the prettiest yes I said prettiest I’ve ever been in and it’s right here in Manteca.

Trust me if you’ve tried Indian food before and didn’t like it….you really need to try this place. I took my whole family and parents here last night. My 4 6, & 11 year old loved everything else ordered!!

Oh and check out they bakery attached next door while there it’s wonderful!!

Some things to try:
Vegetable or Chicken Korma
Indian tea with cream or coconut milk
Vindaloo Prawns
Any dish with lamb its yum!!

Enjoy!!
