Reviews
The restaurant itself is decorated very nicely and the bathroom is gorgeous. The server (older gentleman) was friendly and great so most of the stars go to him.
Tandoori Chicken was super dry and tasted as if it was cooked the day before and just reheated for us. Garlic Naan was burnt and the garlic flavor was almost non-existent. Butter Chicken had the weirdest flavor but was also bland at the same time. The samosas were the only decent food item. I didn’t try the coffee but was told that it tasted like it was made using instant/powdered coffee.
I hate to leave a less than stellar review but I can’t recommend this place nor will I ever try this place again. However, thank you to the server for the great service!
Now food- Bollywood wings ( don’t go this option it’s a simple Chinese with honey fried wings) .
Never try Briyani this restaurant shrimps was not even peeled , checking is not cooked properly and very very hot and spicy even you mention medium spicy.
The restaurant is having an amazing decor throughout the restaurant and photos representing historic Mughal Indian culture.
Aloo tikki was good which we ordered as starter. Spring rolls was not so cooked properly. Chicken biriyani was ok and didn’t had much masala flavor to chicken. Veg dishes – Dal makhani and Malai kofta was good along with Rotis. Lassi was watery and didn’t like it. They didn’t served water for us. Overall it was good experience.
Im glad I had the chance to visit, I was there accidentally coming from SF. To bad my experience would be much better if I dine in. However, I picked the rotti with lamb kabab and my first impression was great. Tender well balanced spices, elevate you to a great country and culture. Very happy that someone appreciate his culture and represent it in an elegant way. Looking forward to visit them again soon.
The loving corner great for a lovely date, or for someone visit, great spot to invite a guest.
The food is fresh, the restaurant is not only very clean but the prettiest yes I said prettiest I’ve ever been in and it’s right here in Manteca.
Trust me if you’ve tried Indian food before and didn’t like it….you really need to try this place. I took my whole family and parents here last night. My 4 6, & 11 year old loved everything else ordered!!
