Great food but does not have consistent business hours. The owner is not consistent with his cooking. Sometimes he’s open and sometimes he’s not. His business hours will say one thing and then you go there and he’s closed. Owner will tell you he will have certain foods on certain days then once you get there he decided not to cook that certain food or didn’t feel like making that certain food.

Everything I ordered today was great. Large rib tips, sausage, smoked wings, and Italian pasta. The ribs were juicy and tender. The wings were juicy and tender as well. The pasta was full of flavor. If I could change anything it would be a larger quantity of pasta.
