Social Profile:

Inchin’s Bamboo Garden is an Indo Chinese concept originating from Atlanta, Georgia. The core of our menu is the kind of Chinese food served in India- spicier, tangier flavors. Our first restaurant opened 17 years ago, and since then we have adapted and changed with the times. Our menu now is Asian fusion, with dishes from China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore! No food experience is complete without delicious and unique cocktails, and for that we have a full service craft cocktail bar as well. Come and experience the magic of Inchin’s Bamboo Garden!

Indian & Chinese foods share the menu at this contemporary local chain featuring Asian art.

Explored many restaurants in Charlotte but somehow missed this one. Beautiful ambience, Ample amount of seating and proper indo- chinese menu available here. Tried
Lat Mai Kai chicken appetizer
Chicken Tandoori Momos
Chicken 65 Fried Rice
Green Mango on a mission (Mocktail)
Chocolate Spring rolls (Dessert). All the items are tasty. Especially Chicken 65 fried rice became fav.
Definitely a recommended spot for group of friends, ofc team lunches and Large family gatherings. The staff were polite and professional.

We were genuinely excited to try this place because the menu looks amazing. Tons of options, “exotic” dishes you don’t see everywhere… so we went all in and ordered 5–6 items (over $80). Honestly, that was the only part of the experience that felt premium: the bill.

The noodles were fine (not great, not terrible). Everything else? Somehow managed to miss even the basic definition of “Indo-Chinese food” or even “flavorful food.”
• Momos: We got four pieces. Four. For the price, I assumed the rest were coming in a separate box via FedEx. They were so crispy and chewy at the same time that biting into them felt like a jaw workout. The filling was basically plain paneer with zero seasoning, and the sauces didn’t help.
• Manchurian gravy: If you love coriander, you’re in luck. Because the gravy tasted like someone emptied a herb garden into it and forgot the rest of the ingredients.
• Soup: Also disappointing, lacking any depth or balance.
• Fried rice: Tasted like someone threw chopped vegetables into plain rice, gave it a quick stir, and called it a day. No real sauces, no wok flavor, no seasoning… just vibes.

Overall, this was an extremely dissatisfying meal. When you spend $80+ on dinner, you expect at least a few items to be solid. Here, almost everything was below standard. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re specifically looking to be impressed by how good a menu can look compared to what actually arrives.

Wonderful atmosphere and service. I will say that the Chinese dishes still had a lot of South Asian flavor and taste, which I just wasn’t expecting. I thought these dishes were all right, but my partner really enjoyed them.

I did not expect or I just can’t believe my eyes what was just happened and owner who refused to tell me his name and the manager of the restaurant Mario called me on the phone and harassed and threatened by this 2 people over the phone because of why did I write a bad review and based on that it’s an extreme phone aggravated harassment over the phone and I’ll be making and filling a police report to the CMPD police department and the NC Federal Trade commission to file a disciplinary action

I’ve ordered the American chopuey and mentioned I want my egg sunny side up but the manager named Mario told it’ll come as a omelette egg and he refused to keep my as a customer request but originally American chopsuey served with sunny side up eggs not an omelette and than The soup that I’ve ordered veg manchow that 7 oz cup is so small and tiny portion which they’ve charged $5 and and I spent total of $44 it’s full of watery liquid bunch of parsley and onions in the soup cup and it tastes worse and just a waste of money and overall the food is not that tasty and one other things is about this restaurant lack of customer’s professionalism and I don’t think I’ll not go to this restaurant anymore and recommend other people not to choose this restaurant to eat and also they did not give me any utensils in the bag when I’ve ordered take out food

It’s like decreased customer satisfaction, higher churn rates, and damage to brand reputation. This is often due to issues like poor training, inadequate tools, and a disconnect between employee and customer perceptions of service quality. To improve, businesses need to invest in employee training, foster a customer-centric culture, and use data to understand and address customer pain points and need to put efforts on good food quality and amount of the food they give compare to the high amount of price they’ve charged and it’s really unsatisfactory

Finally the food tastes and unsatisfactory employee service is not worthwhile of the money spent

We went for a family dinner at Inchin’s Bamboo Garden,9601 N Tryon St and it was a truly memorable evening. The Curry Fried Rice was fragrant and full of bold, comforting flavors, while the noodles had that perfect wok-tossed smokiness. The starters were crisp and packed with taste, making them perfect for sharing around the table. The desserts brought a sweet and satisfying finish to our meal.

Great food, warm service, and a welcoming ambiance made it a perfect spot for family time. Definitely a five-star experience and we’ll be back again.

The Garlic Pepper Chicken and Veg Manchow Soup were very good—credit where it’s due.
However, the Veg Dry Manchurian was clearly overcooked. It was unusually dark, extremely hard, and difficult to break apart with a fork. Anyone with basic food knowledge could tell it was overdone.
When I politely asked the manager about it, his response was rude and dismissive. He said it was deep-fried and “supposed to be that way,” instead of listening or acknowledging the issue. I wasn’t looking for a discount or free food—just basic respect and customer service.
The lack of professionalism from management ruined what could have been a good experience. The food may be hit or miss, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

Completely Missed the Mark… Avoid for Now

Extremely disappointing visit to the Concord location. The food was shockingly bland across the board and I say that as someone who has enjoyed other Inchin Bamboo locations. This one is simply not living up to the franchise standard.
The hot and sour soup had absolutely no sourness to it. It tasted like warm, flavorless broth. The chili paneer, which should be bold and spicy, was completely bland and uninspired. There was no depth, no flavor whatsoever.
It’s clear the kitchen either isn’t tasting the food before it goes out or has strayed far from the recipes that make this chain worth visiting. The chef needs to revisit franchise training and get back to basics.
I’d recommend skipping this location until they can get their flavors consistent with the rest of the Inchin Bamboo family. Other locations do it right and this one has a lot of catching up to do.

Visited a Pan Asian restaurant for the first time in US. This place reminded me so much of the flavors back home.. Great ambience, excellent service, and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Loved the unique cocktail and mocktail options too. Wish someone would open a place like this in Metro Detroit!

I have been visiting Inchin’s since it opened. The food is excellent and the cocktails are varied. The main issue is (and always has been) the service. Even going when it is empty, the service is very poor. The staff are not attentive and they don’t get the timing right on checking in on patrons. Drinks came out too slow, food took a long time, we had to call someone over to even take the orders. A real problem was that they didn’t bring everyone’s food at the same time. I think the only thing keeping them open is takeout orders.
