Honestly, it’s one of the few restaurants that serves the most delicious beef burgers, and they’re unique in that the fries are cut right in front of you. The staff is highly organized, meticulous, and quick to fulfill orders, in addition to their strict adherence to hygiene standards for both the premises and food. The burgers at this In-N-Out are consistently delicious and fresh. It’s one you can be confident to get it made right. They are also good in offering to bus your table after you’ve finished eating. As with most In-N-Out locations, I may recommend turning the temperature up a bit as it can feel a little cold inside sometimes.

I love in n out. It’s definitely our go to when we eat out. But today, the burgers were very rare. According to the customer service line that I called, the burgers are on a timer when they are on the grill. I have never had this rare of a burger. I don’t mind a little pink but this was unacceptable. Not sure if I’ll return to this one. Might drive to Folsom to get my in n out from now on.

I come here once or twice a year. The food is usually very hot and fresh EVERY visit! This time I hate to report our burgers weren’t hot, they were actually cold. Yes cold. To make it worse, we didn’t get our fries for 5 meals. My daughter went back in to get them thinking they would be already to go, but she had to wait 10 minutes to get fresh ones. I’m not exaggerating. BUT it was well worth the wait because the fries they gave her were fresh, hot, and my mom’s favorite, they were salty!!! So big win in the end! It was about 2:30pm today. My mom ordered the protein style cheese burger and it was delicious, but it was so watery. The contents of the burger got everywhere. The burger wasn’t wrapped too well. But everything was very good as usual!
