My favorite go-to place in California.
Being a vegetarian it’s hard to get vegetarian burgers in California. But I’m so glad I found in-n-out, they are truly my saviors.
I love burgers and they offer you grilled cheese burgers. You can have grilled onion/raw onions , tomato & lettuce.
This one is close to my house and I’m so glad it opened here because the next closest is in Union landing.
Also, good on customer service. They are quick and it’s always full-packed at in-n-out, so no complains atleast they do their best to make it quick.
I have tried their normal fries, their cheese fries and their animal fries. I think In-N-Out should work on their fries. But so far, my favorite has to be animal fries which has grilled onions and melted cheese.
They don’t offer you size with fries or shake, so it’s the regular size.
The good thing about this place is It’s reasonable too.
Grilled cheese burger was for $3.80 (with the grilled onions) rating it (5/5)
Regular fries $2.45 (2.5/5)
Animal fries $4.85 (3.5/5)
And reg strawberry shake $3.10 (4/5) ( this one’s really sweet)

The food was delicious. I think their burger is easily the top 2 maybe even best fast food burger. Service was relatively quick while they were very busy. Everyone was friendly. Only complaint was that the fries weren’t as crispy as what I would expect, but they were pretty good nonetheless.

I am a loyal customer and usually don’t leave reviews. The service and overall experience at this location was so poor that I have to speak up. The young lady at the window was rude and her attitude worsened after giving us the wrong order. There was another employee that allowed her small dog to roam around the tables. After waiting for our food, I found that a quarter of my french fries were uncooked. What a horrible experience to bring in the new year smh

This is my brother’s favorite place so after picking up the family from the SFO AIRPORT we thought this would be a great place to grab something to eat quick. We had a 3, 4 and 8 year olds and the fries seem to be the best thing for them. This was my first time at in and out burger and the family we picked up from the airport. The staff were so friendly and I love the fact that the brought our food to our table. I do eat meat but I heard there’s a secret menu so I ordered a grilled cheese with grilled onions, lettuce, and tomatoes which was good …. Now I wish the lettuce they use was not MOSTLY WHITE AND LITTLE LIME COLOR. However, I will not hold that against my experience and hope that this is the last time that happens Another great feature was that there’s EV charging available while you’re. This is a nice place to bring the family or friends to eat.

My go-to order at In-N-Out Burger is always a 4×0, no salt, with fries—also no salt. I always grab extra bread on the side too. And their jalapeños? Super underrated and really good.
Honestly, when it comes to In-N-Out, you can’t go wrong. I’ve never had a bad experience at any location—ever. Overall, In-N-Out is consistently great. No complaints at all. Keep doing what you’re doing. Thank you.

The food here is consistently good, and the waitstaff is always friendly and welcoming. Even when there’s a line, it moves very quickly, so the wait never feels long. The burgers are flavorful, well made, and always satisfying.
This is probably the best burger place I’ve been to in Hayward. It’s a spot I’m always happy to return to, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great burger and efficient, friendly service.

I most often go to the new Hayward location on Harder, as it is near my parent’s home, but they NEVER EVER put extra lettuce even though that’s what I order and ask them to please complete the order correctly. I was VERY very delighted that this Union City location off of Alvarado Niles actually completed the order correctly! Thank you. I should’ve taken a picture so I could show them at the Harder location what extra lettuce looks like, since they are all completely oblivious.

Never thought I’d write a 5 star review for this in n out. I finally got a quality burger and fries from this place after about 20 bad experiences. I was gonna drive to San Leandro but I said let me just go ask the manager to make me a worthy burger let’s see if he can do it. Sure enough I order directly from the manager and he gives me a great burger with the beef cooked, fresh, hot, and fries were not too hard. They were soft and delicious and not cold. First time for everything. I recommend you order from manager directly at this location otherwise you’re in for the Hayward experience lol
