In and Out Burger is the Best fast food burger restaurant in California and frankly speaking could be the whole US, but I have only been to a few states so let’s just stay on the modest side. It’s definitely a tourism attraction with nothing but delicious food and nice people in it. I usually do a drive through because it’s just a lazy person thing to do. It takes about half an hour to get through the line but I am used to it. You can always choose to park and dine-in which will save you a bit of time. Given its popularity, at rush hours you expect lines at the pick up counter too. So plan your visit off the rush time if possible to save time. Food is always made fresh and customizable. My favorite order is a double-double cheese burger with raw onions, and a side of French fries( we all know it’s really just American fries, right?). My kids like cheese burgers and double-double cheese burgers with grilled onions. We get the free pickles and peppers too. They give a lot of ketchup packages which my kids take to their school lunches. So good! What really impressed me is their customer service when I have missing items somehow. They answer my phone right away and offer me $10 or even $20 gift cards. They call me back to check if I receive them. Highly recommended!

This is a good burger place, and I heard a lot about how good it was, but I can’t say 5 stars! The burger was very good and fresh tasting , but the fries are pretty lame and the Coke taster was off. Also, it’s certainly not “fast” food. The staff is young and friendly, but I think 4 stars is being pretty generous here.

Off the 101 in Westlake Village, CA. Great from a day at the beach or shopping. Also a break from studying. Popular place for looking for love, or being with your girlfriends. Burgers are always fresh and fries are crispy. Lemonade is fresh. Cooked as ordered. Thank you In-N-Out for being California perfect! See you in Tennessee!

I’ve been to about 12-15 In n Out Burgers in CA, AZ, and NV, and this was probably my favorite. The parking lot is super easy (can’t say that for all of them) and we got the typical friendly, enthusiastic service and usual great combo meals. I give this location an extra thumbs up because it felt like every moment I saw employees visibly working hard to pay attention to the tiny details – cheerfully asking patrons who were done with their meals if they could bus their trays, picking up every tiny piece of trash visible, and cheerfully holding open the doors for exiting guests – “Thank you, sir, hope you enjoyed your visit.” Plenty of outdoor seating, and good flow in spite of peak lunch hour. Very nice job by this In n Out team.

You really can’t go wrong with this place. I wanted to try something different this time and ordered the Flying Dutchman – where the buns were substituted with grilled onions. To my surprise, this was fabulous and worth trying. I also ordered the low-carb double double (sub buns with lettuce). It was nice that there wasn’t a wait, and the food came out pretty quick.

I ordered a #1 in a lettuce wrap animal style with two fries and a Diet Coke because the Diet Coke balances it out(yeah right). Overall it’s my favorite order and it’s always Delicious!
I’d definitely come back here again and try their other menu items. Also on peak times, the drive thru can be a bit of a wait.

Always quick service at In and Out. Love the meal. Travelled 1600 miles to come back for a taste. Everything was delicious. Friendly service. Bathrooms could be cleaned better, but rest of the restaurant was kept clean well. Like the Bible references on the bottom of the cups.
