Something has changed. The flavor is there but it feels different than it used to. I got two double doubles animal style for my partner and I. The quality just doesn’t match up to what it used to be, and I think they’ve brought the quality down and raised prices…oh well, it is fast food.

First stop in La with suitcases. Customers were greeted by one of the best host ever. Double cheese burger with fries. We ventured to the patio to dine and watch the planes.
I had the worst fries. They taste like they had been sitting in the tray. We arrived when they opened and I watched them frying fries. Can’t figure why they taste like that. Burger was meh.

First in n out I’ve ever given less than 5 stars to, granted it was a late night’s visit, but still I’ve never seen a dirtier in n out.
The restroom was wrecked and the floors and tables dirty, the whole 40 minutes we ate there nobody came to clean tables.
Other than that, the food is always a hit here, so no complaints there.

We all love In-N-Out, unfortunately, this location is always hit or miss with thier food. Very well organized drive thru system. However, I imagine thier focus is getting the customer out as fast as possible to bring in the next customer that there’s no room in mind to care about what condition the food is in. Fries are over cooked at times, burned, too hard to chew/ eat (especially for the kids) undercooked, chewy/rubbery. The burger buns are over toasted at times, crispy, chard too hard for kids to eat. Last time I ordered here which was 1/9/26 we got strange rancid smelling tomatoes in all out burgers and the burger patties were over salted. Hopefully, this location focuses on the food a bit more.

I recently visited this In-N-Out location and realized there was no bike rack to lock up my bicycle (it’s kinda pricey). I was trying to run inside quickly to order food, but didn’t want to leave the bike unsupervised. A super helpful employee named Gio was passing by when I asked if he can keep an eye out on my bike. I felt bad cause I know he was working the drive-thru line. He was so sweet to take my order personally so I wouldn’t have to worry about my bike. Another staff member, Ludivid, was also super helpful and they both made the process really smooth for me. Even the gentleman taking out the trash that night around 8:30pm (Mon 9/22) helped me out! (Sorry, I didn’t get his name) In the end, I was so grateful for their kindness. And just for a laugh, as I was biking away and thanking Gio for his all his help, I managed to crash into a bush! It was a very memorable visit, and I really appreciated the team’s help.

Packed like sardines at 3 in the afternoon on a Monday, the drive thru line looked worse. The order taker was exceptional & that line was short, but then I waited 20 minutes for my receipt number to be called in really unbearably tight conditions. No where to sit. I got home & was missing my fries which REALLY bummed me out, but I tried to brush it off because this was for my partners birthday. We don’t in-n-out everyday. I’ll take the extra 10 minutes in traffic & go to the Hollywood location next time or drive thru, they seem more attentive to those clients….
