We were very lucky. Cold and snowy day kept folks at home. Line is usually 30+ minutes long. This day only 3 folks ahead of us. Love the double double combo. Fries are excellent.

Greatest Burgers Ever!
In-N-Out Burger rocks! This was the 5th location I have visited since my wife introduced me to it some years ago. Haven’t had a bad experience at any of them!
The service is always great, the facilities are very well kept and clean.
For me, it’s the Double Double Burger Animal Style that keeps me coming back! So damn good! Fries are awesome too!
My only complaint is that we don’t have an In-N-Out Burger location in Grand Rapids or anywhere else in Michigan. I Have A Dream!

Decided to eat dinner at this In-N-Out after spending the afternoon at the fair. Same experience at this place as with every other In-N-Out. Service, food, and atmosphere were all top notch. It has the most outdoor seating of any In-N-Out I’ve been to. Highly recommended…Thumbs up!

A true 5.0 in all categories, this In-N-Out Burger was the best one I’ve ever been to. Easy off and back on Highway as I was driving north towards Reno. The double-double was worth the wait. I don’t get fries often, but so very good. Chocolate shake was just OK, but overall a great spot for a classic American meal.

They took over 25 minutes to prepare my order. The burger is a little bland. Bigger patties small amount ofseasoning would suffice. The patties were tiny for the bun which is a personal peeve of mine for a famous restaurant. I thought it could have been better. Would I go back for a second try? Yes.

This location is consistent with all other establishments I’ve been to. Burgers and fries were great and even during the lunch hour, we still got our order in about 15 minutes tops. Plenty of parking at the location since it is in a shopping plaza ( we were able to park our fifth wheel in the Best Buy parking lot with other similar travelers) and it is literally right off the highway so it’s super easy to get in and out of…;) see what I did there. Seriously though, great service, clean facilities, and definitely keeps up with the quality standards of the chain.

Update: Just went back 0830PM on and they got my order completely wrong again. This time they just threw whole grilled onions on it…pretty sure they are supposed to remake it. This is the most inconsistent and worst In-N-Out I’ve ever been to–this staff has completely lost touch with what In-N-Out is about.
At around 2300 on 12/26/2024 I ordered 2 3x2s, and then in the order confirmation she said “two singles add a patty” and I asked “so those have an extra patty, right? and then I got my order and it was two double doubles. I said no to the receipt which I’ll never do again, and went in to get a copy. The guy gave me the cook line receipt and walked away — not the In-N-Out I know and love — they usally ask if everything is okay, let alone get the order right. This one is usually really good, but I had a really bad experience this time.
