Consistently good food and friendly service. Located right on Casino Drive, this spot is perfect if you want a high quality meal without the casino prices. The double double that I got was fresh and delicious. The inside was also spacious with clean restrooms and plenty of parking too. If you’re a first timer, definitely ask for their secret menu. It can get a bit crowded but the line moves pretty fast.

It’s OK. The burger has fresh fixin’s but a single patty is a little lite on meat. Will get a double next time. The shake has less ice cream and more thickeners. Strawberry is also too sweet for my liking. The fries are fresh, could be just a little more cooked. The ordering is quick, but the wait for food was quite long. It looked like the kitchen was understaffed. The place is clean with a nice retro vibe. With the low pricing, I’d still call this place a good value.

This In N Out is really great. The food was delicious and not over salted. The service was amazing. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. They were quick and efficient with no problems. The restrooms were clean and were adequate with all necessities. There is plenty of parking and there’s a gas station right next door. It is walking distance to all hotels and the river. It is accessible to all; and kid friendly.

Best burgers I’ve tasted in Nevada,
I’ve never been to a In-N-Out Burger place before in my life.
So when my friend, his dad, and brother and family pulled into the place it was a experience, I liked the retro style of the indoors interior–very stylish and 1980-90s.
The hamburger itself is amazing, haven’t tried their custards yet or the rest but I can say that the burger was good, while I wish there was more sauce options like BQ–it more than makes up for it

Tried to eat gluten free here and learned how to do a better job ordering. Options on ordering:
*Double Double Protein Style: Double meat, double cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce, wrapped in iceberg lettuce in place of the bun.
*Double Double with No Bun: Double meat, double cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce.
*Flying Dutchman: Double double with double cheese. Period.
With the cashier’s help, I ordered a Flying Dutchman with lettuce, tomato, and onion but I got a Flying Dutchman with no extras. It was still good but It’s a little difficult to eat it with a fork alone in the high-sided tray since it was not on a plate that could be set on the table. It was very good though. I’ll do the protein style next time. Friendly, helpful, patient cashier.

My experience with In-N-Out as a whole has always been pretty good. However, at this location, I don’t know what happened. They were actually pretty busy, so there was constant product rotation. The burger, however, ended up tasting very plain, and the French fries were very stale.
It was kind of a disappointment at this location, but I’ll definitely give the company another try.

Horrible horrible horrible. Floors are extremely disgusting and food everywhere. Restrooms are full of hardened poop. They look like they have not been cleaned in weeks. My burger that I ordered for my kids was full of salt. I don’t know if it was on purpose but it looks very disgusting. Never coming back here. They never get my order right. And the workers are nasty I saw them drop a burger and immediately pick it right back up. Will never be coming back to this in n out.

This is my idea of fine dining and I got there at 12:59 a.m. pulled through the drive thru and ordered 4 cheeseburgers and 2 cokes! 1 minute till close! When I got up there to pay, I asked if I got there just as they were closing up, but the kind gentleman, who probably worked a very long day in a hot burger joint, said no, not at all as he was turning off the lights outside in the drive thru! He said, no worries we’re just finishing up your burgers now, and with a huge smile handed me my change! WOW, WOW, WOW! What kinda place has great burgers, great, top notch, customer service, and you can roll through at closing and not be made to feel like you are a bother? IN AND OUT BURGER! (Laughlin, Nevada!) Thanks! The burgers are always great too. I love in and out burger!
