I was in town on business and decided to stop in for lunch.
Excellent customer service by both employees I interacted with.
The store was clean inside and out.
Very efficient employees, moving as one as a team.
Everyone looks like they are having fun and enjoying being at work, which made it a very enjoyable atmosphere.
They were very busy with customers yet I received my food in a timely manner.
I will definitely be stopping in at this location again…

Took about 14min to get our food, but it was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Workers were friendly and hard working. I usually do the drive thru, and usually don’t get a drink, but it was nice to see they have a lite pink lemonade. We also like getting our dog a doggie Pattie without salt, which he loves. We enjoy burgers animal style and fries animal style.

This in-n-out is on my return list when I pass through town. Asked for extra sauce for my pregnant wife and the lady at the window gave me an entire to go box full of sauce. Y’all are amazing. You saved me from getting killed and made my wife very happy

My daughter just loves In-N-Out, so perhaps I’m being a bit unfair on my review. I like their food, but…
I think that the beef patties are too small, so I will always get two on a burger in the future. The bun tends to fall apart rather quickly too. I like Animal Style, but it does make those well-done fries a bit too soggy. I think from now on I’m going to see if I can get them with the sauce on the side. Their service a pretty fast considering your getting everything made fresh, but I don’t know if it is the number of people or what, but it just takes longer than most places. Try to go when the crowds aren’t big and you’ll have a better experience.
The place is always very clean, so I give it high marks, but it is so busy inside all the time that you usually have your table needing a good wipe-down because of have to grab a place to sit as soon as someone vacates, so they haven’t had time to clean.
The staff is always very friendly. That’s one thing that I really like. Helpful, friendly and usually attentive to their service.

Hamburgers were okay. Not a lot of flavor. Employees were working very hard to get food out as quick as they could. They probably put out over 100 orders in the dining area alone in 30 minutes. The place was absolutely packed with high schoolers. Dozens were standing because there were no places left to sit and it was too cold to be outside. This is either normal or an expected occasion because a private security person had been hired.

Alright, I’ve never seen one that isn’t an absolute zoo. Right? Food is great, food is inexpensive. I get why it’s popular. Dining in, they have to throttle the order cadence because there are just too many people trying to cram into such a small space. It’s likely to turn into a fight for the opening booth to get a spot to sit. Drive through moves at a pretty good clip. 4 stars. You’ll likely have to park in the lot to the west and walk over the bridge. Someone left a shopping cart attraction in the creek there for the kids to enjoy. Three by three animal style! Good luck!

This place is an okay place to get a burger. I have never understood the hype. Basic burger & fries with a pretty good milk shake. Never been worth the wait in my opinion. But i am always forced to eat here because the people in my life seem to not see it for what it reall is. Basic!
This round was worst of all. After waiting what felt like a year to get our food. Opened my double burger to find 2 paddies of charcoaled meat meat and burt buns. It was dark outside and I was driving so I couldn’t see it before I bit into it. 1 bite in. I spit it back into the bag and continued my drive home in disappointment. Just wish I would have gotten a Pic.
