Just love how you can come here and feed a family of 4 for 40$. That’s a great deal these days! The strawberry shake was the best we’ve had in such a long time. The service was amazing and the food is delish!

We traveled to Utah from NH & while we were visiting we noticed In N Out burger and we had never tried them before because they have no locations near us at all. Anyway we waiting in the drive thru for quite some time but the line moved quick and they seemed to have it down like a well oiled machine, The staff was super polite & friendly. Our food was real good and fresh! You didn’t feel gross after eating it like you do with some other chains. Highly recommend and especially don’t forget a shake , they’re amazing!

Always my favorite tasting burger. I like an animal style burger with extra tomatoes. Fries are fresh and the spread sauce is awesome. Only thing we don’t like is the service seems slower dining in vs. drive through. Sometimes I see 5 cars get served for every one person dining in.

I often come here to pickup food for the office (4-8 meals), and am always impressed by how fast and accurate the order is. The staff is consistently friendly and always offer to help carry the food to my car (shout-out to Tony Me). 10/10 service.
All of the food is good and affordable, but the stand out are the shakes, which are thick and packed with flavor.
The only downside is there is no online or call-in ordering, and the restaurant can sometimes be packed leading to longer wait times.

This is my local In N out. I’ve been here 100s of times but today’s service was so good I felt that it merited a review. Was Dining In Tonight and AMANDA WAS THE GOAT!!!! Give her a raise rn. She was super pleasant and predicted my water cup need before I even asked for it. Despite several customers she maintained a super friendly attitude. I appreciated the service. The rest of the staff seems great too, but I didn’t interact with them. Thanks a ton In n Out!

Overall, not a lot of gripes. The food was great but it was busy, which isn’t uncommon for an In-N-Out Burger joint. We were lucky to get a table and didn’t have to wait to find seating, but had to wipe down the table ourselves with wet napkins to remove the previous customers’ greasy finger prints and food splatters.
The cashier who took our order read back the order correctly, but made an error with our order and only charged for and included one french fry order, which we didn’t notice until we picked the food and checked the receipt. The employee calling out the food-ready orders was quick to resolve the issue and included an additional order of fries, no questions asked, even though the order only showed one order of fries.
After we ate, I returned to the cashier who initially took our forder and asked if we could pay for the additional french fries that should have been included. I explained that we were given the additional order of fries when we picked up our food and wanted to settle on the tab. She got extremely irritated and snotty with us because I wanted to pay. She rudely told us it was her error, that we didn’t need to pay and then just stared at us. You should have seen the face if her co-worker when she responded to us that way. I told her ok and that we were just trying to do the right thing, and then we walked away from her sour glare and left the restaurant.
It’s a shame she had to act this way toward us and I have no clue why trying to make it right upset her. I guess doing the right thing and being honest to pay for food received but not charged for isn’t too popular nowadays. I wish I would have gotten her name to include in this review. She needs a lesson in manners and some customer service training.

Have not been to in-n-out for several years. Wife talked me into it today. Yes, now that is how a burger, shake, and fries is supposed to taste. Best burger I’ve had in a long time!

The In-N-Out Burger in American Fork is a great place to get a delicious burger and a shake at a decent price! The lines are pretty much constantly long, but the employees are so hard working and efficient that the lines move quickly. The lines are a good indication that the food is totally worth the line! The employees are very friendly and helpful. The menu is very simple (which I think is awesome), but there is also lots of room to customize. The food always tastes fresh. They are open until 1:30am which makes it a popular choice after a late night activity when you want to grab something to eat. I got a burger and a shake for under $10! I highly recommend In-N-Out Burger in American Fork!

I love In-N-Out Burger. It always taste good and the price for the food is unbeatable. The only thing that can be frustrating with the American Fork location is just how busy it gets sometimes parking can be a little bit difficult and finding a seat sometimes feels like you’re fighting other people That have ordered just to try to sit down but once you get a seat and sit down the food, always taste great.
If you try to beat the rush, maybe go before 4:30 in the evening and sometimes you can get in and out pretty quick.
