This has to be one of my favorite places for fast food. I don’t know that you can ever call anything that is fast food “healthy,” but I feel like it is one of the best places to get food that is good quality.
Burgers and fries are both excellent and do not seem like slop that has been sitting in a refrigerator for days on end. Never had a burger that I came away with going, “well, this is disgusting.”
The staff are always super friendly and seem to care about their customers.
The shakes are also really good. I usually get that unless I go for their lemonade which is pretty good too.

First off for the price of the meals and that fire pink lemonade. This place is…. So worth it very good burgers been here several times, it was not to packed and I got my food pretty quick even with the rush. I recommend the double double burger. And the signature pink lemonade very good it’s almost addictive. the animal style fries were really good as well. The first times I went the fries were not as good as now. Great improvement the prices are really good compared to other burger chains they cleaned the tables every time someone left them so your table is nice and clean when you get your food. Bathrooms are also kept clean for as much traffic they get. Over all very great place and can’t wait to come back for a XL lemonade

This was my first time trying out an In-N-Out burger location in Idaho and I’m not really that impressed. I recommend you order inside because the drive thru line wrapped outside of the parking lot. When we walked inside, there were lots of people and almost every table was taken.
Ordering the food was quick but waiting for our order took forever. I get that it was busy but we waited around 15 to 20 minutes for our order.
The double double cheeseburger was good but the portions felt smaller than usual. The fries were salty enough and the vanilla milkshake was to my liking.
Overall a decent experience, we came in on a Sunday evening and it was very busy so I recommend planning on a time where lesser people would come. Service was great and I respect the workers a lot. I’m definitely glad that In-N-Out is finally in Idaho and I think that this was an awesome addition to the community.

I’ve been to this In n Out location about a dozen times since they’ve opened. Each time the food has been excellent and the service is always friendly and helpful. One time I went and our order was messed up. Once this was pointed out to the employees the issue was quickly resolved and the manager made sure to make the situation right. Each time I visit I’m greeted with a smile, the employees are helpful and the food is always fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to go back soon.

We LOVE in N out but it’s called “IN N OUT” for a reason. We went in for dinner at a busy time, as expected. But it’s winter!!!! & the heaters weren’t on outside first of all – WHY IT’S WINTER?! There were at least 20+ people inside waiting for others (who had clearly finished their food & were sitting on their phones) to leave so we could all sit down. I understand that we are ALL paying customers but that doesn’t negate that everyone should be courteous. There needs to be a signs posted to be courteous & acknowledge those around you. We will not be returning to this location. ALSO…. take a hint from Big Bun & enclose your patio in the winter so people can enjoy their meal out there.

Please, if you regularly go to In-N-Out, just wait before coming to this location — it’s the worst In-N-Out I’ve ever been to! This is the second time this week they’ve burned my buns so badly I couldn’t tell if I was biting into a hockey puck or a hamburger. Honestly, you’re better off waiting to visit a location in Utah, Oregon, Nevada, or sadly, California.
I’ve given this place too many chances, but it has failed for the last time. They will no longer get my business. It’s clear they’re struggling to train new cooks who are simply not capable of making a proper burger. The lack of management is obvious, especially with the poor attention to quality. Toasting the bun is supposed to be a key part of the process, yet they’ve repeatedly failed at it — and to make things worse, the meat patty was saltier than my cows’ salt lick!
Like I said, this is the last time I’ll be coming here. It’s just not the same as the In-N-Out locations in California, Utah, or Nevada. Please fix it!
Update, I caved and I regret it horribly. Waited 35 minutes for my food and it wasn’t even busy I literally walked straight up to get my order taken and it’s like the associates and managers here do not know what they are doing.
