Weekday Dinner at In-N-Out Burger
We stopped by In-N-Out Burger on a weekday for dinner, and it wasn’t crowded at all — which was definitely a plus . Quick ordering and easy seating made it a relaxed experience.
I tried the grilled cheese burger, and that was actually really good! The bun was soft, the cheese was perfectly melted, and their signature sauce was super tasty. Simple, fresh, and satisfying. Definitely the highlight of the meal.
However, the Animal Style fries were disappointing . The fries were not warm or crispy, and the overall taste just didn’t work for us. There was a strong beef oil smell mixed with the grilled onions, which overpowered everything. Instead of feeling indulgent, it felt heavy and not very fresh. That was a letdown since Animal fries are usually so popular.
Don’t forget to take their pup patties for your doggies, both my dogs enjoyed (it’s beef and pet friendly)

The food quality was terrible and the service was careless. We specifically asked for melted cheese on the side, and instead we were given a cold slice of cheese on a piece of paper. That alone shows how little attention they pay to orders.
The fries were horrible — extremely cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh at all. Honestly some of the worst fries I’ve had. The burger itself was very thin, poorly made, and falling apart, with no real flavor. Nothing about it felt fresh or worth the hype.
Overall, the food was low quality and badly prepared. This was a complete letdown, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

It’s a great fast-food restaurant that offers special, tasty burgers and fries for its customers. I always love having their Grilled Cheeseburger with onions , along with their delicious Animal Fries . Everything tastes even better with their house spread —it’s highly recommended with any food here!

We love this place. The ingredients are fresh, price is right, and everything is so tasty. Love coming here to eat in store or even drive thru (love how they give you boxes to eat in the car). the workers are very friendly and always aim to please if you have any questions or issues. The hours are great too for a late night craving.

i got my fries after someone in front of my had a giant freaking order and this is what i received this is UNACCEPTABLE and needs to be reviewed. i paid good money for my meal and then had to wait 20 minutes behind an idiot just for my food to be cold please in and out if you have people with large orders in the window line and there food is taking too long please just have them pull off so the other paying customers can have hot fresh food.

Not a fan ! Small size but was a bit dry not much for flavor but cheaper than 5 guys which is my go-to for now. Potatoes although fresh cut tasted old? Shocked as we watched the guy cut them. Maybe oil was old but they were not normal alittle dense I guess? Tough to say what I experienced. Just know I won’t go back and do not see what the fuss is all about

What a bad experience!
The order was incomplete, missing one size of animal style fries. What a waste of time to go back to the location and ask to get the correct order, what I paid for.
The flying dutchman didn’t bring onions holly mackerel just the cheese come on guys!

I think anybody that goes to In-N-Out Burger has a good experience. I know I have since 1971. Very consistent and family owned. Very focused on providing quality food and service. I would never hesitate to go here for a good meal and the best part is their hamburger is less than 400 calories. The cheeseburger I think is 450 calories.
when you see other burger places with their cheeseburger at 1200 calories. This is a great low calorie option.
