( The chicken wings are to die for!!)
For our food we went the route of their buttermilk pancakes with a side of bacon and their breakfast burrito. The food took a bit of a while even with there being not too many people so heads up on the wait time. When we finally got everything it looked very good. The pancakes are light and fluffy with powdered sugar sprinkled atop and the bacon is cooked well. To be honest, the pancakes and bacon were okay. Definitely better than the average diner, but nothing to write home about. The breakfast burrito was okay as well. They seemed to go light on the inside with each bite leaving a bit more to be desired. The flavors of the eggs, chorizo, cheddar, and avocado were well balanced though and the side of breakfast potatoes was a nice compliment to the meal.
Cafe Americano is a decent breakfast spot but one we would say is more of a convenience than a go to. The food is alright, but the setting and service are good. Unfortunately for the meal you eat, you pay the Vegas price and for how much it is by the end of it, there is probably better value and food to be found elsewhere. This is a good spot to go to if you want breakfast and you’re staying in Caesars, otherwise it’s a skip.
I started off with an espresso martini and it gave me the kick that I needed at 10pm. It was strong and bold.
We ordered calamari, pepperoni pizza, assorted empanadas, 16oz ribeye, and rigatoni alla vooka to share between 4 of us.
The service was great and attentive. Seven stars and Diamond reward status gets special seating area.
Second, I ordered barbacoa chilaquiles. Complete let down. The meat had minimal flavor and was semi-tough. It’s almost like this was a mediocre braise attempt on the beef. The sauce was bland, and the chips were stale.eggs are eggs I don’t think you can really compliment that.
Third, it took the server 15min to finally come back to me so I can get my ticket. As a server you should ask me before taking my card “How was the food?” I didn’t even get that. But hey he showed me a kiosk and said “it’s gonna ask you a quick question, aka tip”.
Customer service needs some work especially at these prices. The General Consumer has spoken. And Edgar it’s time to sharpen your skills. Chef, be proud of what you put out. Manager take some accountability and work with your team. I have spoken
The service was outstanding—attentive, warm, and efficient without ever being intrusive. Our server made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the meal.
The location itself is also a plus—conveniently situated inside Caesars Palace with a stylish and welcoming vibe. Whether you’re in the mood for breakfast, brunch, or a late-night bite, Cafe Americano delivers on quality, taste, and service.
I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Caesars Palace!
