About 4 months ago my wife and son had already eaten and I was leaving the gym and wanted something hot and fresh. Decided since I heard it was good to stop in. I sat at the counter and learned that new owners were being trained and you could see the excitement on their faces. I then proceeded to eat the most enjoyable pizza ive had since moving back to Cleveland in 2022. I’ve now been back multiple times and my whole family LOVES it. You can tell they care and when I tell you, the sauce is what dreams are made of. My son rates it 10 out of Heaven and hes 6 so even he loves it. Don’t skip on the caprese and burrata plate. So dang good. I recommend eating in. Best pizza on the west side and it isn’t even close

The pizzas were awesome!!! The owners are so welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home! My crew and I sat at the bar area and had a couple drinks while we watched our pizzas be made! It was so cool and definitely interesting to watch! Then we got gelato and the gelato was AMAZING!! If you go you definitely need to try! Overall a great experience and definitely will be back!

Enjoyed Inforno last week during the squalls with a client. First time there and really enjoyed the atmosphere and pizza. They opened a few minutes early for us. We had a couple IPAs and shared 2 pizzas. We both enjoyed it and I got 2 pizzas to go for the family and they enjoyed it when I got home. We got to talk with the owners and got a quick tour…we love supporting local small businesses! We will be back.

2 of 6 pizzas uncooked, the other 4 not much better. Dangerous if eaten. Sent back to be cooked more and still came back not done. Ridiculous. Told waitress, who was very nice, but owner never came out to discuss. Prices too high for the quality and quantity of food. Appetizers were terrible. Place was very cold. Trying to save money running heat low??? Needless to say we won’t be going back.

I used to love visiting In forno pizza with my family.The previous owners were incredibly warm and friendly,and,their authentic Neapolitan pizza was unmatched.The sense of community they created was truly special,making us return time and time,again. Unfortunately,our experience changed after the business was sold.When we returned to the new owners we encountered a disappointing experience.The pizza was undercooked ,and,the temperature inside the restaurant was uncomfortably low,in a very freezing weather.It was clear they were cutting corners ,and, the lack of warmth in the environment was disappointing.Additionally, the new owners didn’t acknowledge or apologize for the issues,wich made the experience even more frustrating.It’s truly unfortunate to see such a beloved spot lose its charm.

I always enjoy their pizza they have the best pizza in cleveland. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The pizza is baked in a wood burning oven. The dough is cooked to perfection and the toppings are always fresh. They make their own dough daily and you know it’s always fresh.
