Stopped by for brunch this past Sunday. I ordered the steak and eggs and the breakfast burrito, and both hit the table in under ten minutes. The place was busy, and it definitely felt like they were prioritizing quick turnover (had my check dropped while I was still eating). The servers were still friendly and efficient, so no complaints there.
The steak and eggs used steak tips instead of a traditional cut, and they were juicier than most diner steaks I’ve had. They came lightly coated in BBQ sauce, which added a touch of sweetness. Not necessarily classic and probably closer to a typical steak tip dinner, but it worked well enough.
The breakfast burrito was suspiciously cheap (around $8), and it was pretty small. It felt like a mini sausage omelet rolled into a tortilla, again with BBQ sauce. Not sure why there were chunks of raw onion in there, but the sauce mostly flattened any sharpness, so it wasn’t offensive, just a bit odd.
Not a diner I’d go out of my way to revisit, but if you’re in the area and want a quick diner meal, it’s a solid option.
We were fortunate to get convenient street parking, but the is a good sized lot not too par away.
I came here for breakfast at the recommendation on a friend. The restaurant is bright and colorful with bright green walls, there are 2 dining room, one with a full bar with large TV’s. The menu is big but covers all the favorites. I had pancakes and they were some of the best I have had. I did get them with powered sugar butter and real maple syrup. Also ordered was a ham bacon and Swiss panini with french fries, it too was delicious, and the fries were crispy and delicious.
The owner was very friendly & personalble.
The owner gave out carnations for Valentine’s Day. Such a very nice & thoughtful touch.
I highly recommend. Only thing missing on Valentine’s Day – would be red walls, instead of lime green
Food was fantastic! Definitely get the Hot Honey Chicken Waffles. And the owner was quite charming. Worth a visit even on a busy Valentine’s Saturday. The ladies even received a lovely flower. Big smile here.
They wer ok the pancake it self was little hard and not soft or fluffy definitely need some work
