We go to this location from time to time and it typically is wonderful, however today, we got a fusion, which has blended ice, and we found MULTIPLE pieces of plastic in the drink, this is unacceptable, I don’t know how it got in there, almost like plastic was in the blender and it got shredded into small pieces, its the type of plastic you see around a sleeve of cups or lids. Again, we like the coffee but having plastic in the drinks is a waste of money and should be brought to someone’s attention.

I used to come here all the time, I came today and I just didn’t want caffeine so I asked if there was anything similar to a refresher. The lady got very rude because we asked. Then when we pull up to get our drink the girl was mocking us and then when we noticed it she said “oh nothing” to her coworker.

Well you can definitely color me impressed. Incredibly fast service and a very lovely environment.Pleasing and comfortable to sit , with wonderful employees who were All smiles and jokes the moment I walked in. Fresh made cinnamon roll delicious coffee and a tasty breakfast sandwich. If you’re stopping in this town and didn’t stop here, did you really stop in or did you just breeze through without hitting its best spot?

Food is very good they’re breakfast is amazing had a bacon egg and cheese croissant delicious. very well prepared absolutely love their coffee and they have a sugar-free selection of coffees that is very good dark chocolate milk is very delicious my favorite. Services usually pretty good every once in a while they get so busy they kind of get backed up. I do wish that if they get backed that someone would tell the customers that they’ll be right with you! that’s the only thing that I can say is the downside we went in and stood and stood and stood and no one came and no one gave us a reason why no one was coming up and getting our coffee that’s not a bad thing I know people get backed up I’ve worked in restaurant service it’s just a nice thing to do for your customers is if you’re backed up just tell the customer hey I will be with you in a second I am backed up a little bit. but I also completely understand that they’re also backed up and maybe have been overwhelmed. one of my favorite coffee places in Vincennes Indiana thank you very much and have a wonderful day everyone!

Definitely not “impressed”
2pm on a Saturday 4 people sitting in the shop.
3 people in line, one barista working no acknowledgement that we even came in. No interaction with the other customers either.
After waiting 15 min we decided to leave.

Three stars for a valiant attempt at a cortado which was a latte. I applaud the barista for trying but no, this was not a cortado. Thank you!
Still, the coffee was good and on a cold morning, this was a great spot to stop and wakeup, do some internetting and then head on to the next sight to see.
Free wifi, comfortable seating and outlets so that I could power up the phone and laptop.

You do not need Starbucks. I promise. You’ve found the closest coffee shop to you and it won’t disappoint. I’ve had it two days in a row now. Made by two different baristas. So delicious. Large iced white chocolate mocha quad shot. Drool. Way better than Dutch Bros too.
