The lady who answered the phone when I tried placing an order for delivery was so rude ! The platter I attempted to purchase is listed as $13 so I had asked her is there a minimum for delivery she said no that she’ll take care of it and proceeded to say the total is 18 so I asked her why is the total 18 if it’s listed at 13 instead of clarifying she hung up in my face twice. Then when I called back and asked her why do she keep hanging up in my face she then stated “ how can she help me” I don’t even want it anymore. Never had a place constantly keep hanging up in my face for no reason

I have been ordering from this location for over 10 years , never had any issues and food was always good.
Last night I ordered pork fry rice , and I enjoy the food without checking it because I know it’s good ,
As I was chewing I noticed something is more chewy then it should be , I spit it out and it was raw meat!
I looked over the rice and found a bunch of raw meat in it .
Sad to say the place is going downhill .
The lady is very nice but this is a health hazard.

We ordered shrimp and broccoli, half chicken with pork fried rice, and shrimp egg rolls. After taking a few bites of the food, we noticed it started tasting funny — the broccoli especially had a strong acetone-like flavor. That’s when we looked at the shrimp and egg rolls and saw egg roll looked old and had white spots on them. We realized the food was spoiled, but by then we had already eaten some. A few hours later, we got very sick.

Posting this without finishing my food. Flavor was great, I ordered the shrimp and scallops. Great price, great flavor…but….found a piece of plastic and pulled a long hair out my mouth from one of my bites. That was gross. I get that you cook a lot and cook fast, but some more care in handling food and hygienic practice counts as well. Hair nets and lord only knows what package that plastic came from, but it certainly shouldn’t be an ingredient. Grossed out, won’t be ordering from there again.

Dumplings with no meat, service trash, delivery with no utensils, not what I wanted
And they don’t accept their mistake after I have everything wrote down to what I ordered, and they say that’s what you ordered and hang up the phone SOOOO RUDE
And charging extra fees for delivery for each order instead made instead of doing one full charge when I asked for it

HANDS DOWN!!!! The best Chinese food in the area, even surrounding areas in my opinion. As a New Britain native, this place has always been the place to order from. Hardy portions, perfectly cooked and seasoned. I can understand the people’s concerns with pricing but with inflation and how the economy is doing right now, I think they are still providing great food within reason. I’ve moved out of New Britain and I have to say this is STILL my favorite spot to order from. Give them a try I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The food is good like every other chinese food in new Britain I’m a truck driver who eat out everyday so I like to try new places excuse me I don’t use periods I’m not a professional foody so you get what you get when I review I ordered the general Tso chicken with shrimp fried rice it has a lot of onion which looks like that’s the only veg in the rice the general that I order isn’t spicy I love the fact that I was able to choose it spicy or not

First and ONLY time I wound up ordering Chicken lo mein online. When I arrived at the counter to pickup my order, I was interrupted by the hostess telling me to hold on while she proceeded to spit out sunflower seeds and saliva into a jar that was along side the register.

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!!! I found a toy hand in my steamed dumplings. I called them to get a refund and they refused. The lady who answered the phone basically said I was a liar and that the hand didn’t come from them. Horrible service and pure nastiness!!!
