I seen pictures of these Massive Bowls that looked delicous, we had to give it a try.
The serving sizes are way to small. Rice is an Add on not a default.
We ordered butter chicken, rice, naan and expected it to be rather large based on reviews and pics.
The Naan was described by our waiter to be the size of a pizza cut into 4. It was the size of a baby bowl that was then cut into 4, the Baby bowl size continued when the Rice dish and Butter chicken dish also came out.
Our order came to just over $150.
Thats for 3 butter chicken bowls, 2 Rice bowls and 2 Naan bread and 2 kids nuggets n chips. The Butter chicken bowls were $27 each!!
We expected more, we could have made a weeks worth of butter chicken With rice and Naan for a little more than that $27.
The Food tasted good, but the serving sizes seemed like a Scam, you would actually get more if you ordered takeaway as the containers were bigger than the bowls.
The seating layout is small and i would recommend sitting outside as the kitchen is open and heats the place up so much more than the food did.
The Waiters were really nice.

Lovely classical music & waiters to make sure your meal is excellent. The atmosphere is amazing the drinks are just right and the food all tho the portions do look small i Guarantee you’ll be taking home left overs at the end of your meal here. If you’re looking for the perfect Spivey vindaloo you need to check out imperial Indian restaurant! You’re going to absolutely love it!

Absolutely wonderful restaurant!
I went with my family to celebrate one of their birthdays yesterday. We arrived at 8.50pm (after playing some local bowling) and the restaurant looked relatively packed up, however the staff were enthusiastic to greet us, and we were told the kitchen was open till 9.30pm.
The staff were polite and had a good laugh with us. All our curries were served within 15 minutes, which we were impressed by (we were the only table there to be fair).
What really made our night was the staff heard us speaking about the birthday, so they surprised us with a happy birthday music celebration and some delicious toffees and icecream on the house.
Such a kind gesture which really made the evening so special, we’ll definitely be visiting again.

went here with my partner we ordered, butter chicken and chicken korma, the chicken korma was great, the sauce is nice and thick, and the cashew flavour really stands out. the Butter chicken was great too, the rich tomato flavour compliments the mild spices well, to create that classic dish. 5 stars

Entree was great then a 40 minutes wait for mains ignoring the one that was forgotten. Food was ok without being anything amazing and wouldn’t consider it spicy or as asked for, with lots of great Indian around probably won’t make a return visit

It was my first time here, me and Mum came for dinner. They had melodies chill music on, was so nice. We ordered the share plate of meat. So tender and delicious. We also ordered biriyani goat – that was so soft and flavours were full, with vegies and garlic Naan with Raita. Yummmmm. We got 2 glasses of wine because it was the best Shiraz. Everything was so full of flavour, and we will definitely come back again.

We had a takeaway meal between my husband and I and the serve was more than enough for us. As for the flavours the Samoas were delicious as was the Mango chicken and cheese and garlic Naan bread. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the food. Would recommend to anybody.

We had a wonderful dinner here tonight. The food was absolutely delicious and very authentic, full of flavour and beautifully prepared. There are also many great vegetarian options, which we really appreciated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location is lovely as well – if you sit outside, you have a beautiful view of the ocean. We highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely come back!

I had dinner at Imperial Indian Restaurant in Rockingham recently and was really impressed. The food was full of flavour without being overpowering — the butter chicken was rich and creamy, and the garlic naan was fresh and perfectly cooked. The portion sizes were generous, and everything came out hot and well presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was fairly busy. I also appreciated how accommodating they were with spice levels. Overall, a great place for authentic Indian food, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
