Its a dying business inside the mall and rightfully so. The food is drenched in sauce yet still lacks flavor. None of the meats or even veggies were seasoned or made fresh. They pulled it out the fridge and heated it up for a few seconds not even minutes. The rice sits out for hours and was cold and unflavored. My family is on a cross-country trip and this has to be the worst food we’ve had across the entire trip. I dont leave reviews but this one needs to be warned about so people dont waste their time or money. The staff are unfriendly and dont even know what they are serving. They got upset because we asked for fried rice not brown rice…they claim brown rice is fried rice. Im of Asian decent and this was horrid by all accounts. The only thing with any semblance of flavor was the general tsos and it was drenched in sauce with no seasoning. Ill go ahead and say it. The positive reviews have to be years old or made by the business owners friends/family or at the very least made by gremlins who have never had real food.

The food is subpar. No flavor, they are always out of things like ice or white rice?! The customer service from the older guy with the neck tattoo, Hes rude, or he tries to ignore you. Here’s a suggestion, put him in the back adding some spices to the food.

I’ll start out by saying that the gentleman taking orders was fast and efficient. The food was served hot. My praise ends here. General Tso was ultra sweet with a yellow, flavorless sauce; not served with broccoli. Fried rice was nothing more than sticky white rice with a few carrots and peas mixed in. The chicken lo mein was absolutely disgusting. It was more akin to a noodle soup. Maybe the felines near the dumpster will enjoy it, assuming that they’re cannibals.

My ShrimpFried Rice order was Full of shrimp, perfect temperature, and sooooooo Delicious!
Eating atmosphere in the middle of the mall right by the entrance was not something I found relaxing.

Not worth the price. Well seasoned and made to order. Sanitary problems make it not worth the risk. Overall bad. The whole mall needs a makeover and some Feng shui, to be fair.

Order had modified requests such as sub rice add lo mein and make extra hot on the general tso chicken. Even says it printed on the ticket. For some reason it’s and rice as far as the eye can see. Maybe if the cell phones weren’t an issue they might take time to actually read the ticket how the expo position should. Tried calling twice with no answer and not worth it to drive back for a sub par order. Disappointed because this place used to be great but never really came back after COVID.

I never complain at restaurants, but this time I had to. The food was truly disgusting. We ordered sweet and sour shrimp. The shrimp was dry and stale, the carrots were shriveled and dry, and the sauce was literally as if they dumped half a bottle of the cheapest nastiest sweet and sour on top. Just gross. I asked for my money back, and they did refund me, but were rude about it.

Overall just bad. I got the chicken pad Thai. It smelled horrible and the chicken was rubber. The taste was worse. At least the rangoons were good. The service was awful. I felt like I was bothering the guy by trying to order food.
