Long time Longmont food truck opens a shop!
Sandwiches are all on homemade biscuits. Food is cooked fresh but doesn’t take too long. They do daily “biscuits of the day” and have some collaborations with other local businesses.
Everyone inside was welcoming and friendly! Can’t recommend enough.
Things to know:
– Right now (March26) they don’t have any way to order ahead of online.
– There is very limited inside seating
– They will run out (everything is fresh daily), so don’t be surprised if they close early or don’t have biscuits if you’re in near closing time.

I drove across town to check out the shop since everyone was raving about it, but there was a sign on the door that said “close to regroup until Wednesday”.
