Today at approximately 11:45 a.m., our party of 13 arrived at Imo’s Pizza hoping to dine before the expected church lunch rush. Upon entering, only three small tables were available, with a total of two chairs in the immediate area. As we attempted to arrange the tables to accommodate our group, it became clear there were insufficient chairs, requiring several members of our party to stand.
While doing so, an employee behind the counter observed the situation. I approached and politely asked whether additional chairs were available. The employee responded dismissively, smirked, and stated, “Nope, this is what we’ve got.” The tone and demeanor made it clear that accommodating customers was not a priority.
As a result, our family left and took our business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience is consistent with our previous visits over the past four months. On multiple occasions, the staff has demonstrated poor customer service and unprofessional behavior that suggests a lack of interest in serving customers.
It is disappointing to see this at a restaurant with otherwise quality food. I sincerely hope management addresses these ongoing issues, as continued neglect of customer service will likely result in the loss of loyal patrons and could ultimately jeopardize the future of this location.

It’s okay. I always wanted to try St. Louis style pizza after reading about it for years, but I was underwhelmed. There’s comparatively little flavor, and the Provel processed cheese is a downgrade from mozzarella.
Nothing is wrong with this location or the staff, though. They’re fine.

Great regional chain with pretty consistent menu. This location does good business and tends to get crowded during lunch and dinner hours. The cracker crust pizza is very good, although I’m not a fan of the extra sauce. Sometimes the toasted sandwich is not warm inside. The employee’s are friendly and the service is generally good too.

I’ve been a lifelong lover of Imo’s. My number 1 pizza my whole life. They changed the cheese this year and it’s now the worst. It doesn’t melt well and it separates becoming oily and gritty. The 100% provel was literally one of the main components setting this pizza apart from competitors. Very unfortunate move by Imo’s. If they decide to switch back, I’ll decide to begin buying them again.

Not my favourite pizza. It was definitely good but not my favourite. I prefer arris or Fazolis. Good food though nonetheless. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best. The tables were clean, but the service was very in and out. They brought us our pizza and didn’t say anything else to us. I ended up having to grab my own box from their front counter because nobody was up there and ready to help. An employee actually walked past me and got a drink and came back asking if I was helped yet. Completely ignoring me originally. It was mediocre but not the best place to eat in at.

Imo’s Pizza was delicious!
There are several reviews on here talking about the cheese Imo’s uses. Stop! It’s not cheese whiz or Velveeta cheese sauce… it’s provel cheese, it tastes creamier than most cheeses. If you walk in expecting traditional mozzarella pizza hut or domino’s style pizza, you have mistaken. You will find the same style cheese at Garbos, and they are both delicious. So, don’t be rude as it’s you that doesn’t know what you’re talking about.
The “St. Loius” style pizza is spot on! We love it! Imo’s had friendly staff and the restaurant was clean. We had the all meat pizza and the chef salad. Their house dressing was sweet and very good, had the ranch too, also very good. The Pizza came out hot and I will be honest I ate too much!
The only suggestion I have is they had paper plates and plastic silverware, which is fine but was a little hard to get the pizza on to the plate with a plastic fork. A pizza spatula would have been helpful. The plate was a weak paper plate so it was tricky to cut the pizza.
I recommend Imo’s (if you are looking for creamy proven, St. Louis style pizza) and I will go back for sure.

Amazing. I tried a different location this round and it was just as good as the other Imos pizza location. There pizza is amazing and I’m in love with their mozzarella sticks. I like my food hot( temperature-wise) and they succeeded. This is one of my top 2 pizza places.
