My family dined inside and service was great but slow! When I looked on my phone at the available wifi connections Imo’s had 3 wifi connections one saying guests but all were locked! When I asked for the password the manager and another employee said wifi was not available!? We ordered a salad a 2 pizzas and had to ask for plates and utensils and when pizzas arrived they had nothing to get pizzas off the pan with so we had to use our forks!

I moved to Atlanta 2 years ago and every time I come into town, I hit up Imos! I couldn’t believe it has been a year since I’ve had this. T ravs were great, provel bites were alright and pizza was perfect. I’m not sure if it’s been a long time or what but the pizza did taste a little salty to me. Like really high in sodium. Weird. But otherwise good stuff

The past 4 times there has been something wrong with our order. So we drive back up and the heavy set girl manager with glasses acts like its our fault. Every time. No appology, no kindness, just has a total Karen attitude towards the customer. I think she is the problem and it creates a revolving door of employees because nobody wants to work with her. She wont take orders if its 30 minutes before close. Hangs up on you if you call. Shes messing with their money. Id fire her if immediately if I was the owner.
