I’ve waited so long to make this review because the absolute back and forth of the food quality we get from the store. It’s like 30% of the time the pizza is the best thing you’ve ever had but the other 70% of the time it’s burnt or over seasoned /or old or so hard and you can’t eat it like it is tonight. I’m sick of calling them up and trying to get them to understand the problem when they treat me like I’m lying or like somebody just trying to get free food after the fact. So tonight I’ll literally eat the $70 I spent and stop ordering. I’m tired of playing Russian roulette with my money.

Ordered the 2 large 1 topping special for 29.99. Told the person one just cheese and the other if I could put on both toppings said no problem. My wife picked up order charged almost 36 bucks extra for the 2 toppings when I was told not a problem. Won’t be back.

1st off I’m from Chicago so you have to stop thinking about typical pizza before trying IMO’s. Perfect day to stop in and get a extra large 1/2 baked pizza. Especially with the snow ice and closed roads.
Pizza was fantastic and cooked the last half perfectly at home.
I’ll definitely be back to eat one fresh baked at your restaurant.

Food was great, service was horrible. Never cleaned a table. Extreme attitude from the girl at the counter. Pure laziness from her as well. Imos is good, this location is not.

This place has gone down hill really fast the past few months. The pizza is horrible and the lettuce in their salad is brown. The pizza you hardly get any toppings at all. And it is lackluster at best. Go to CICIL INSTEAD.

Will not be ordering from here again. Ordered delivery and the driver showed up and immediately seemed mad that I didn’t tip in advance on a card. I told him I had cash then he was mad and acted like I didn’t give him enough. He stormed back to his car and floored it through my neighborhood. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

We had to wait over 40 minutes after our tracker indicated “order ready for pickup” because they “accidentally sent our order out” to someone else. Terrible service. No acknowledgement of their mistake or impact on us having to wait in a car with two toddlers while they remade our order. They clearly have no systems in place to manage orders. Very disappointed with the service.

Got a All the Meats and a Pepperoni. Good as usual. I’m only a fan of their pizza straight out of the oven and onto the pizza rack on my table.
Chef salad is amazeballs as well with ranch.
