I have been in this Imo’s a couple of times now and it never disappoints. Kim and Samm have this location running like a top. So very clean and service is always quick. Quality food, quality service. I would recommend the Troy Imos anytime. Hard workers, same faces tell me there is retention of employees and Imos as a brand, I hope is paying attention to these lady’s. They deserve a raise!

Very nice, clean and updated interior. Long table in the middle of the dinning room to accommodate a large crowd. Booth’s are comfortable and I didn’t feel like I was far from my food (I generally don’t like a booth).
Employees are a big deciding factor if I will return and all that were working during our lunch visit were outstanding. Food was quickly delivered to our table and it was during the noon rush.
They offer a lunch special that is reasonable and enough to make sure you don’t leave hungry. Pizza was hot when served. The salad was large, iceberg lettuce was very fresh and had imos cheese topping – that’s all ☹️ oh and a slice of tomato. Could have jazzed it up with a few other ingredients. Small serving of salad dressing was not enough, for me, had to ask for another.
Restroom was clean.

Great tasting pizza! However, they lost a star for the poor customer/carryout service. There were plenty of workers who seemed more interested in their phones than passing out orders. Like I said my bacon and pepperoni pizza was incredible. I also ordered some t-ravs and they were excellent. Just too bad the customer service is what you remember…Update just visited this location again. I ordered the lunch special and it came with a 10″ one-topping pizza and side of your choice. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic cheese bread. The lunch special came with a drink and cost $13.50. My food was delicious and the service was much better.

I’m really harsh because I love a good chicken strip. However Imos in Troy.. you all should be ashamed.. Please check into changing your vendor. The 4 baby chicken strips for the price you charge should be illegal.. and not gonna lie, The chicken strips were pretty nasty… Please do better!

We came in for lunch on Friday, December 27th around 1pm. The host (brown hair, glasses, female) was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient). We had a large group and she recommended the the perfect amount of food. The food was out in a flash, was excellent, and we all left happy and satisfied. One of the delivery drivers, Mark was super kind and even came out to greet us and se if we needed anything. We will be coming back to this particular IMO’s due mainly to the service, cleanliness, and ambience, but also the food, price, and allure. Thanks again!
