We ordered a pizza from here when we were in STL as we’d never tried it. Half way through the pizza, my brother pulls a cooked twist tie out of his mouth. Luckily he didn’t eat it. I sent Imo’s a message and they never responded.

The pizza exceeded my expectations, with a flavorful sauce that truly impressed me. Additionally, the wings were perfectly crispy, which is a rare find these days. I was pleased to see that they still use a fryer, adding to the authenticity of the experience. The Red Hot Ripley wings were a highlight, offering just the right amount of heat and pairing wonderfully with the ranch dressing. called to place a order , got put on hold for 6 mins when trying provide my toppings. Called back to place my order got hung up on ? Still Had to place order once arriving to the store , wanted a bogo xl- pizza due to the lady saying I will get the other half price and still was rung up from full prize for 2xl pizza. I don’t know if she wanted to work that day but it showed. Rude, ringing up the highest pizza without giving my promotion that was mentioned. I would not be back.

I ordered half chicken Caesar salad and wings well done. I added a note for them to be fried crispy. There was barely any chicken in my salad and my wings are in the air fryer as a type because there were not crispy at all. I’m so disappointed.. The drivers are always nice but this for I received today was not what I asked for.
Ordered a second time and the pizza was due to arrive between 4:45-4:55pm. By 5:20 the food hadn’t arrived. I called to check and was told “she should be pulling up. I can see her pulling up right now”. I went to the door and no one is there. After 10 min I called back and as soon as they answer they say the system is down so they can’t check on any orders. This is my last time ordering from this location. The customer service and the fact that my food was more than 45 minutes late is ridiculous. It wasn’t even a woman delivering. It was a man so whoever I spoke to first lied.

I order from this location today and there is hair on my food. I call to notify that this is the second time this has happened. I spoken with Mo who tries to convince me that it’s oregano and I am firm that it is hair. See picture below.

Every time I give this location a chance I am disappointed. They are consistently skimming on toppings and the pizza is always, ALWAYS mid. Highly upset I just spent $40 for two mediocre pizzas to say the least. I REFUSE TO GIVE YOU’LL MY BUSINESS ANY LONGER.

I walked in and ordered a pizza @10:30 Monday night 8/2025. I noticed the 2 female workers who was preparing the food , had long hanging hair, but no hair nets on, So when I made it back to work with my pizza, It looked so appetizing and delicious. I took a bite of one slice ,and it had hair on it, So there went my whole pizza to the trash ♀️Cooks or anyone working around food preparation, should always be required to wear hair nets.

They just never get it right smh. Staff is rude and the guy putting the toppings on the pizzas doesn’t look like they shower often. Disgusting expirence, would rather go visit Hampton or Forest Park.
