Manager Christina was arguing with me about my “well done” wings. Literally raising her voice over the phone talking over me telling me my order isn’t wrong and how chicken is supposed to be pink bc of the protein blah blah blah. So she ended up hanging up on me bc i said a “bad word”. Here’s a photo of my “well done” wings. I feel she handled this situation horribly. On the other hand, my pizza was delicious. Bacon was in fact well done just as i asked.

I was recommended to come here for the St. Louis style pizza and I will say the same. It doesn’t feel like corporate pizza it feels like the place you went as a kid with all your friends after the team game for pizza. Staff was amazing welcoming and gladly gave recommendations for someone experiencing the place for the first time. If I’m back in town ever again I would definitely come back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – STL Pizza Fire, Atmosphere Even Better
I went to Imo’s Pizza (215 S Kirkwood Rd, Kirkwood, MO) on July 25 around 8:43 PM and ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza — super St. Louis and super fire. Crispy, cheesy, flavorful… just how it’s supposed to be.
I paid $21.96, including a small tip — and it was absolutely worth it.
As a Black woman in a predominantly white area, I was nervous at first, but the staff was kind, respectful, and made me feel safe and content the entire time. That meant a lot.
Even though I ordered to go, the inside was so nice I stayed and ate there. They have a beautiful dine-in area and patio, and the vibe was calm and peaceful.
This spot is a hidden gem — not just for the food, but for how it feels to be there. I’ll definitely be back.

Back in STL visiting and wanted to dine in at an Imo’s. First couple we tried are now carryout/delivery only. Glad this Kirkwood location still has dine in. Pizza and salad tasted just like I remember and service was fast and friendly.

One of the better dine-in locations, that is for sure. Lots of nostalgia and set up for the days of old, with the cleanliness of contemporary times. Plenty of tables and chairs, great for groups or solo. Great spot.

I brought some friends from San Francisco to try our famous pizza, and this place did not disappoint! There are few locations with indoor seating, and it was extremely hot that week. We sat in the beautiful dining area and enjoyed our hot, fresh pizza, and chatted for at least a couple of hours. It was a great experience!

We tried a little bit of everything. Pizza was delicious! Chicken fingers were good as well. We tried the bread bites and they were different. There was not much service. It was nice and quite inside. I would definitely go again! We liked everything we tried.

Much better than the old place. If you have not been here since the new owners took over and completely remodeled the place, come back and give them another try. They have completely redone the place and the menu. We were impressed with the food, service, portions, selections and prices.solid 4 stars.

Pizza was good but delivery took 1 hour and 45 minutes — they don’t have DoorDashers but instead utilize their delivery service.

It is best to go and get your pizza from Imo’s.
First off I stay a 5 minutes drive from Imo’s. It took them an hour in 15 minutes to bring me my pizza one day.
The manager got a attitude with giving me my , tried to give me a store credit like I’m coming back to eat here again . even though she could seen her driver was over 30 minutes late.
The last experience I had my Imo’s Pizza look like it was a frozen Imo’s Pizza put in the oven, it was dry and it seem like it only had four little toppings on it, for it to be a supreme pizza.
On another occasion , one store manager even had the nerve to tell me we are working with teenagers , that is not my problem
Disappointed
Big waste of money
