Best IMO’s in Missouri! We ordered pizza, salad and ravioli. All the food was great and served with a smile. We’ve been going there for years and it’s always awesome. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

It’s hit or miss and frustrating when most of the food isn’t edible after $12 spent. Anyone want a cheese salad? This was after giving most of the cheese to my dogs. I couldn’t even eat the rest after mixing the dressing into the soggy lettuce. I’m not going to call to complain. I just won’t go back again. It’s not the first time the food isn’t worth the money.

Called in pizza @ 5pm for window pick up Friday evening. Told 5:30 pick up time. Arrived in line and wait over 20 min before the first vehicle in line moved, others got out of line and went in. Came out without pizzas , said they are running behind.
Recieved pizza at 6 without a single sorry for the wait or anything. Of course it was cold and stuck to the box.

Live in Florida but must get Imo’s pizza every time we visit Festus, MO. Food was delivered on time with a smile. Pizzas and salads were delicious. We know we can never go wrong with this place. Thanks Imo’s!

My husband and I walked in on a Saturday at 1:30. There were two other people who had been seated and no one else. We were not greeted we were not acknowledged in any way shape or form. We stood there for almost 10 minutes and finally left.

3 stars today. We typically have good service but today at this location we ordered a delivery order. Our 60 piece provel bites were burnt and hollow fried balls, our toasted ravioli were extremely hard. Highly disappointed. I called and spoke to Connor the manager, he was very robotic but polite and offered a credit but I really wish places would hold the employees accountable for service like this. I spent $85 with tip for this order to receive and find that half of our food is not good.

Ordered 2 large chef salads. Wow! Paid a little over $9 each for very little meat and a ton of lettuce. Oh, sorry, forgot to mention the 1 hard boiled egg. Very little meat, this us just pitiful. No possible way business can be that bad for Imo’s.

The food and employees at the festus location are great but please fix your online ordering!!! It never works on the computer so I tried it on the phone. Same problem. The order doesn’t go through but it charges your bank account every time you hit submit. I can’t get any of my rewards points because I always wind up having to call and place my order.
