Hands down the best malatang in town
If you’re a malatang lover, iMix Hot Pot is an absolute must.
The malatang soup here is by far the best in the area , the broth is insanely flavorful, comforting, and perfect for cold winter days (or honestly, any time of year). There’s a huge selection of ingredients, everything is fresh, and the soup comes out piping hot and incredibly fast.
Shoutout to Laelonii at the register, she is so sweet and welcoming every single visit. The owner is also very kind, which really adds to the whole experience.
Another big win: price. At $10.99 per pound, it’s very affordable compared to other malatang spots, especially for the quality and portion size. The restaurant is also very clean, which I really appreciate.

iMix Hotpot is a solid spot with good food for a decent price. The service was pretty good. The only downside was the fried rice. It could definitely use a bit more flavor. Overall, still a good experience and worth checking out.

It’s self-service style — you grab a bowl, pick up some tongs, and choose from a big selection of meats, veggies, dumplings, and more. Once you’ve built your bowl, they weigh it at $10.99 per pound.
There are three soup bases: beef, pork, and tomato. The owner recommended the beef since it’s the most popular, so I went with that and got it mild — perfect balance of flavor and spice. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right.

We put lots of protein in our bowls for only $27 for 2 bowls loaded with beef, lamb, oysters, mussels, octopus, scallops, mushroom, quail eggs, etc. Where else can you find affordable options like this? I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I wanted to try something new and this place aroused my curiosity. You actually get to customize your own Ramen bowl and select any kind of ingredients and Broth that you want. I was happy with the results and got a good meal for a shockingly good price. The Hot Pot was delicious and I definitely intend on coming back to try something different. I really liked this!

Tomato broth is just how i like it! Theres a variety of items you can add to your own bowl. Staff is helpful and the restaurant always plays relaxing calm music, so it feels at ease when you eat.

Really nice new malatang style place in town. I found the ingredients to be fresh and flavorful, everything was clean including the dining area, and the people working were SO kind. There are a lot of seafood options which is great because I love seafood! Lots of squid, fish, shrimp, mussels, and scallops. I got the beef broth base extra spicy and it was delicious and loaded with Sichuan flavors. They had a little sauce bar too. I went when the 20% off promotion was still going on so it was a great price at only about 11 bucks for a decent amount of food. Overall, I’ll go back.
