I had the 32 – Il Vicino, which is a chicken salad. There wasn’t much chicken for $15. I posted a picture. This is also one of those places that makes you tip the weight staff before you even sit down. So, there’s no incentive for the wait staff to really help you because they’ve already got their tip before you even sat down. It’s a very ridiculous system from a consumers standpoint, although I’m sure it’s great for them. The salad was okay but I don’t really think it was worth $15. They also don’t list calories on their menu. With our two iced teas and two salads tax and tip, our two salad lunch was over $40 (more than $20 per person.)

This place used to be our favorite pizza/pasta place in town then after almost a year we tried it again. Unfortunately it wasn’t as good as used to be. Tables were not clean enough and our pizzas were cold specially crusts got moist! I am sad to give them just 3 ⭐️ and I hope they work hard to go back to what they used to be ( one of top pizza places in town)

Pictured is the #18, Pollo Pesto with house salad. It’s a panini sandwich with chicken, pesto, artichoke hearts and red peppers. It comes with red onions, but I always order without. Always so good, I never get anything else. Huge portions, must try with their hot oil I recommend this location over the west side one, but both are good! Definitely recommend!

The food was really good. Considering where from Chicago and we know pizza. The service needs some work. It was noisy so if you are wanting to talk this might not be the best place.

As hot as I want it…with their Olio Piccante (signature spicy oil)! Craving lasagna today and stopped in. Extremely satisfied with this delicious giardiniere version (mushroom and spinach) that is perfection.

Fantastic flavors have ate here multiple times but portions seem to very. Tonight we ordered the spinacci with extra proteins ($2 per add on) and the pizza is majority crust with a sprinkle of sausage and that we paid $2 for. Love this place and the pizza but consistency seems to be lacking. Definitely feel shorted considering this pizza was $20+

I ordered a soda with multiple dinner items and dessert. The lasagna leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t even think Garfield would steal it. No flavor and about three layers compressed with little to no ricotta or meat sauce. That’s depressing. The salad was decent, but I’m still thirsty since I never received my soda. Where is my soda Il Vicino? Did someone else drink it??? I hope someone enjoyed it because I’m still thirsty AND hungry.::sigh::

Spending the night at a hotel near the airport and we were looking for good pizza in the area. This is only an 8-9 minute drive from the airport. Nice neighborhood. Employees friendly and the pizza was delicious and flavorful. As others have stated, the hot oil is so unique and tasted great on the pizza! Highly recommend!

First time at this location, and was thrilled with the experience here! The staff here were SUPER fantastic and so welcoming and warm. All around great time here thanks to the staff! Food was fantastic, and when I ordered extra cheese on the pizza, they actually delivered unlike most places. The spicy oil “Olio Picante” is amazing, and super flavorful as always. Seating was plentiful, and you could chose anywhere to sit, like the other locations. Enjoyed this location a lot, and will be back!
