I would give it a 10 if I could. The restaurant goes above and beyond. When I first walked in they asked if I preferred the right side which is more romantic and dimmed lights or the left which is brighter. I chose the romantic side. After the beverage service, they restaurant offers a few different kinds of breads, which you can try all of them after that they give you bruschetta followed by fried zucchini .. absolutely tasty and delicious,
Since I was headed to an event. I preferred to eat light, I opted for a delicious salad with mango which was on the specials menu!
No room for dessert. However the house offered me an Italian moonshine. Omg to die for!
So good… a shot glass of that left me warm and toasty on such a cold, blustery night. Definitely will go again. Service was impeccable!

I love Il Mulino, where you will be treated to a fine dining experience.
It starts with your choice of the room lighting. Unique decision right away. You can choose the dim light romantic side or the better lit yet still romantic side.
Next you will be help e by an array of specialist that make you feel important or at least valued when there.
You will start with a breast selection, and rather than see the bread sit on your table, you get to choose your favorite.
If you are a Caesar salad lover, as I am, and I can prove it with my long list of go-to, or don’t go to places, you will want to try it here. It is served table side, which I know is a bit of a show, but you can see the fine ingredients that you want in a Caesar salad all put into it. That includes the anchovy, the horseradish, the garlic, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
The pasta is served fresh. And as a frequent visitor to Italy, I can be picky, but this is served just right al dente, and flavored just right and hot.
The fish portions – – my wife had halibut – – are large enough to share a bit of it.
The dessert portions are large, but once you’ve had it, you will be rolling out of there happy right into the casino, which is just steps away, where you will be back with the high rollers

Phenomenal restaurant from the moment we walked in! The customer service was exceptional! Complements to the training team @il mulino. They go over and beyond and are extremely attentive to your needs without being suffocated. The food was superb.. we had the branzino fileted table side and pork chop. Great pork chops as well.

We were provided one of the best service I’ve ever seen at a restaurant by Wayne. He not only suggested some excellent menu choices but also showed off some skills by taking some great photos of us for our anniversary. The restaurant also gave us an anniversary card along side with some other samplers, a great touch.
My wife is not much of an Italian food fan, but this restaurant changed her mind. We highly recommend this place and the great service that was provided by Wayne and the rest of the staff.

I was in Atlantic City for the Earth, Wind & Fire show on Friday and decided to try Il Mulino, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We were welcomed with fried zucchini, bruschetta, and fresh bread from the chef, which was a great start.
Our server, Osmar, was fantastic. knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The rest of the staff was just as attentive and kind. I had the ribeye with crab, cooked a perfect medium, and my wife loved her lobster ravioli. We ended the night with complimentary homemade grappa, a perfect finishing touch.
Overall, we were genuinely blown away and would definitely come back.

We patronized the Italian restaurant in Bally’s and Il Mulino superceded it. From the complimentary appetizers, to the Prie Fixe menu (chicken parmesan is made with perfect balance). And the desserts and drinks, very tasty, we highly recommend dinner here. Will be coming back again soon.

I was there with my girlfriend a few months ago and still have not forgotten my experience. It was the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, the saxophone player was great, the ambiance was just stunning. Great place to go to for a good time with your partner. We had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is beautiful, the service superior and the food is delicious! We first sat down and a server comes to our table with a big hunk of cheese that he cut and gave a piece to each of us. Then another server came with a small plate of fried zucchini.Then another server came with assorted breads! All were delicious and complimentary. We ordered the calamari as our appetizer that was tender and cooked perfectly. For our meal we shared the chicken parm and the spaghetti pomodoro. The sauce was delicious! The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection! We were too full for dessert but when we got our check they gave us a complimentary after dinner drinks! We loved this restaurant and can’t wait to go back!
