Had our birthday lunch with the family here, and we all enjoyed it!
The pasta dishes were delicious – loved the truffle so much we had an additional order! Pizza was ok too!
Steak was obviously the star – we had the dry aged ribeye and dry aged striploin, which were cooked to perfection (half medium for us, and half medium well for the parents).
The porchetta was good too! I would recommend this also as an alternative to steak.

From interiors to the food, we super enjoyed our dining experience. My only downside was the cannoli I was anticipating that smooth, perfectly sweet, and rich authentic crema di ricotta flavor – didn’t get it. Otherwise, would have been perfect.

Absolutely loved the ambiance and setup—elegant yet cozy, made even better by the live pianist who added such a charming touch to the evening. We tried the happy hour cheese board with two glasses of wine, though it felt more like a wine tasting than a full pour . The lasagna was a bit too meat-heavy for my liking, so we got full pretty quickly. On the flip side, the clams were top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and generously served. Looking forward to coming back to try the steaks next time!

Tried their L’Apertivo (available only during Fri-Sundays, 2-6pm) which showcases unlimited small plates of appetizers, cocktails, wine and a few mains. Their cocktails were great, as well as their food. The Picanha steak was nicely cooked, succulent and flavorful.
Service was commendable. The staff were all professional and attentive.
Ambiance has a classy feel to it.

Better dining experience than A Mano and Finestra primarily because they have good steaks. We wanted the rib eye but it comes only in 900g portion so too much for 2 people specially if you order other stuffs.

While the ambiance was elegant, open and well appointed, there was nothing about it that made it standout from other steakhouses or Italian trattorias (maybe over time it’d develop it’s own character) hence the 4 stars. Service was very good and of course the food was top notch. At least what we ordered (Bistecca T-bone, truffle pasta and grilled cauliflower over parmesan) were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Would be going back to try other dishes for sure.

Il Lupino is worth the premium pricing for their dishes and extensive wine selection.
The salumi happy hour special (cold cuts, cheeses and 2 glasses of wine) was good value and shareable.
Their truffle pasta and steak were excellent. The wine selection is good though not as expansive as other comparable steak houses.
They make up for the selection with their wine flight that seems to be thoughtfully curated.

Delicious food here! The ribeye 950 grams is the best! The melon and prosciutto appetizer is delicious. Great wine and cocktails selection. Excellent service and ambiance.
