They didn’t have syrup so that ruined the French toast sticks for me. Also I wanted to order an apple turnover but they said it’d be 6 minutes longer, almost in a tone that they didn’t want to make any at the point… but anyhow, I didn’t order one. I got to the window to pay, I waited long enough to order 3 turnovers fried one by one! It was insane.

I ordered through the app. The app said when I got close to check in and they would start making your order. I did that and walked in the door 5 min later. I waited up at front for a while. Finally someone asked me they could help me. I said I have online order. She didn’t say anything, and just walked away. So apparently that must have annoyed her. Someone else did Finally start on my order then. The food was good except for the wait and crabby employee.

Absolute worst experience ever! So we go in the lobby, we have a big family… 3 boys and 2 girls. So we order a lot of food. The manager ignored us as we looked at the menu, finally I took my 3 year old to the bathroom, we came back out. It’s been a good 15 minutes since we arrived and I asked everyone if they ordered. Nope we were still being ignored. As they stood there the manager dropped fries all over the counter, picked them up with his ungloved hand, and shoved them back into the box. They did have 3 cars in the drive up and probably 10 people in the lobby. As we patiently wait for 10 more minutes, my husband says “excuse me are you just to busy to do wait on us? Should we go somewhere else?” The manager finally acknowledged us and said “YA I guess, I’m fine with to going somewhere else. You should leave.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We were very mad in the parking lot and someone else had followed us out. The other people said the same thing happened to them they waited a very long time. A lady was out the and suggested we go to the old main Cafe and that’s where we went.

My Boyfriend and I eat here a lot and we love their food. We think they have the best burgers compared to other fast food places. My favorite is their western bacon burger. My boyfriend usually gets the big Hardee or the mushroom swiss burger and he really enjoys those. They also have really good shakes.
