It was a Saturday evening and we didn’t have a reservation so we waited a bit and got to sit outside. We shared a few appetizers and an entree. Food was delicious . Cocktails were ok. Staff was great! I would say they were too attentive. Immediately when a plate was empty, they were there removing it. Made us feel a bit rushed. I will b returning.

We hosted a bridal shower at Il Gufo yesterday. The food was amazing and our guests are still talking about how wonderful it was. The staff was so very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our every need was met. The private room is absolutely beautiful and was exactly what we wanted to celebrate this special occasion. Exceptional experience at Il Gufo!!

Il Gufo is my new favorite GC restaurant, their menu is a breath of fresh air. Unlike many Italian restaurants that are stuck in an Italian food time warp their menu is an update of delicious Italian delicacies. Their choices are like eating in a restaurant in Italy. There is nothing I don’t like that I have ordered at Il Gufo. Service is wonderful I never feel rushed and love how they remove dirty dishes quickly. FYI great place for desserts and a cup of espresso.

ll Gufo is a Italian restaurant with a large opening during the warmer weather in Garden City. It has a nice selection of drinks, with friendly bartenders, and nice selection of dishes. I had the arancini, which was fair, but the tagelini Ragu was good. I would try it out.

Went with friends when the restaurant had just opened (like first week) Limited menu, and a bit busy. The place was buzzing with energy! Food was delicious, especially the pizzas. We had to wait for a table and the bar was very crowded, but it was worth it. Since then, have been back 2 times. Must try the whipped ricotta!
