I wish we could give extra stars for service! The entire experience was delightful. We had reservations and were seated quickly, despite a quickly growing line of walk ins. Our waitress was so kind, she gave us great advice on our meals. My son enjoyed the veal Parm, my MIL loved the crab stuffed chicken dish and I found the sweet potato pasta to be phenomenal. We managed to fit desert, and each shared bites of the canoli (shell was crisp as if it was prepared when ordered), tiramisu was delicious and adorable in a cup and the mousse cake was perfection. We will surely be back and will bring this gem into rotation.

Food was amazing however the hostess were rude and service was extremely rushed. We were sat next yo group of 6 woman that were so beyond drunk it was embarrassing for them. They were so loud those of us at surrounding tables could not hear the person sitting next to us. I’m all for having fun but at some point management has to think of other customers that are being affected. No handicapped parking was an issue as well

It was our first time at this cozy and fun restaurant and we can’t wait to come back! We had the most delicious dinner, and dessert ordered the chocolate chip bread pudding. The sweetest waitress, Gina, took great care of us and all of the servers and food runners gave us amazing attention! Definitely our new favorite spot for outstanding Italian food!!

Never disappoints. I have not been here in quite some time, but the food is still excellent. Their homemade noodles are cooked al dente every time. You would think basic but most places get it wrong. The food has so much flavor but not salty. Another fundamental many restaurants get wrong. I only wish I lived close by, it would be my go to Italian restaurant.

My husband and I love this place! Best Italian food in the area. The food comes out fresh and hot. Love that we can bring our own bottle of wine to have with our meal. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

Affordability priced food with a great experience.

We love IL GranIo! We went for lunch on Valentines day (mom, hubby and me) and everything was good and food was delicious. Only thing is that we had to choose from the dinner menu and weren’t expecting that. Our “lunch” with dessert for 3 people was $150. Be aware that they do this on holidays.

This was amazing authentic Italian food. The restaurant has a family feel. The food was large portions and was absolutly delicious. We ordered 3 appetizers which spiced beets; polenta gorganzola; and calamari. All of which were amazing. A sauce was dribbled on the calamari and the spiced beets had mozzarella on it which tasted so fresh. I had the gnocchi in a gorganzola sauce which was probably the best gnocchi I have ever had.

In general I would recommend this restaurant over and over again. The food came out a a perfectly timed rate. The main courses were perfectly crafted and the deserts were to die for.

I went two weekends in a row. I was quite comfortable with everything… parking, seating, service, atmosphere, and especially the food. Aside from the food being most suiting to my palette, it was properly cooked to order (i.e. strip steak) and served hot. I ordered their soup du jour on each visit and it was served hot. I tell my kids I like my hot food served hot, and that’s how I got it. I will definitely go back.

Took my parents here for their anniversary and was impressed with everything we ordered. BYOB and a nice atmosphere add to the experience as well. It can get very busy so I definitely recommend making a reservation.

We didn’t plan on eating here tonight, but we’re glad we did. Got rather busy as we were leaving, so they must be doing something right. They did ask if we had reservations, and even though we didn’t, we were still seated, so not sure if it’s required. I will say their chairs aren’t that comfortable. They seemed to be well staffed, staff was attentive (water filled 3x), and the server was polite and helpful. Food came out fairly quick and beautifully presented. Food was fresh and delicious. I had the appetizer special; burata cheese wrapped in prosciutto on a bed of lettuce, cantaloupes, cherry tomatoes drizzled with balsamic and honey. Was soooo good. For dinner, my dad and I both had the dinner special, black & white pasta with crab meat and shrimp in a light white sauce, and my mom had pappardelle veal in a red sauce. All enjoyed with complimentary bread. Of course, my mom ordered a lemon cake for dessert, which we all shared a bite. All of that (no drinks accept for 1 coffee) came to about $130.00. Not a place I would financially eat regularly, but definitely good food and service.
