I love the sandwiches offered at this chain. They have a great vegetarian variety. I’ve enjoyed what I’ve gotten at the Culver City and San Luis Obispo locations. But this location was very disappointing.
The place was too warm, with no AC, and flies zooming around, since they had both doors open to cool it off.
They did not have any tomatoes or lettuce, which is super basic for sandwiches, and the menu offers it for every sandwich. The drink fountain and drink refrigerator were both broken.
It did not look busy,but took them over 20 minutes to make 2 basic sandwiches, during which time there was nowhere to sit.

Wonderful sandwich shop. The staff was incredibly nice, food was great, and the wait was adequate.
Quality of the food is excellent, lots of options to choose from including vegetarian and vegan. They even have sour dough bread which is dope.

Worth stopping by if in the area, maybe even worth the extended trip if you’re a ways out. Also lots of parking and wheelchair accessible.

The menu choices are almost overwhelming, but the food is always good. I’ve tried both vegan and regular sandwiches and have yet to be disappointed. Everything is fresh and good quality and the friendly staff pays attention to details. Good stuff.

I’ve only gone in this place one time. There was no line no other customers. Person behind the counter was rude. I tried to lighten the mood by telling them it was my first time there. Didn’t work. They were just annoyed at me being a customer during that moment. It was overpriced. Wasn’t the greatest sandwich. Wasn’t terrible.

The workers at this store are nice, and I have loved Ike’s since it was a little shop in SF. I’ve been to locations all over California. Lately though, and maybe it’s this location or the system overall, any time I try to order online I get an error. It doesn’t matter how I try to pay or what I’m ordering or the time of day. And so I end up frustrated and I go somewhere else.

I liked everything about this place. The food is amazing, the price is low for the amount of food and the staff are all wonderful. Food was good but the server lied straight to our faces. He told us the combo came with a bag of chips instead of fries, after my partner specifically asked for fries when we ordered.
It was probably because the fryer was already turned off for the night and he couldn’t be bothered to turn it on again, which is fair, had he told us that was the case we would have completely understood.
