This is the best place you’ve never heard of. When you’re craving a thick juicy burger, this is where to go. The meat is clearly fresh ground beef and not frozen processed meat. The fries are thick fresh cut, hot and just the right amount of salt. The service was quick and the staff super friendly. The atmosphere reminded me of my childhood local places my grandparents took me too. There are large tables where you just grab a seat and meet new people to chat with.

I walked in and sat at the bar, promptly met by the waitress who took my drink order and gave me a menu. I order a hotdog with everything, onions, chili and mustard, also a cheese burger with everything it came with homemade chips. The food was excellent, the burger was on time. If you’re looking for great food, friendly staff and a place to hangout with friends Ike’s is the place. There is a parking lot and people park on the side of the road. Outdoor seating is available.

Wow, stopped at Ike’s for an emotional support burger. First time experience. Be warned, you need two hands and a game plan if you’re gonna do this. Tried an order of shrimp jammers on for size as well. Jam packed house, service was still fast and friendly. A+ cholesterol experience

Asking for a tip before I have ever seen the food was crazy, the food wasn’t great as my burger came out with a tomato as thick as the meat. My hotdogs had more relish on them than there was hotdog… and the two chips we got extra in the fries were by far better than the fries themselves. This is one of those been around too long places that the name shouldn’t save dispite the history.

Ikes has some of best hamburgers you will eat especially with slaw on it. Wow. Onion rings were little undercooked. Service was great and place stays busy so take out or squeeze in.

Burgers and bakery held the title of the best burger in the burg, but today I tried Ike’s. Ike’s is probably the greatest burger in Spartanburg.
