Food is not authentic. Too much sauce is used to hide the ingredients underneath. Poor service. We are not welcomed to sit at the table.

The food is so fresh and everything we ate was delicious! Loved the service and especially the pricing! Also had the seared salmon twice but it was so good we forgot to take a photo!

The sushi here is delicious and super fresh! The staff are very friendly, and the owner is kind and welcoming. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, everything feels genuine and made with care. Highly recommend!

Judging from my experiences in Japan, the food was actually pretty authentic. I was glad the owner didn’t franchise/localise the flavour to cater the locals too much.
The atmosphere was also great. Inside the restaurant I felt relaxed since it was “lively peaceful” with Japanese music being played.
The staff were friendly as well. The restaurant was just beyond my expectations! I’ll definitely visit it again if I’m in Richmond next time.

Stopped in for quick sushi train lunch. Quite a few veggie options, which was great! I wish the rice was vinegared, because the rice ratio is on the higher side, so vinegar rice would’ve really added something.

Sushi train in Richmond! Place is small and can get busy during dinner time. Sushi selection is obviously not as many as in the city which is understandable, service is good and fast. The lady made the sushi in the middle of the restaurant which is very nice as you can see how it’s done. I’m just glad there’s a sushi train in Richmond. Ramen is not amazing but not bad either. Bento box is pretty good

The food is always fresh, delicious, and arrives quickly, whether you’re ordering a favourite or trying something new from the menu. I ordered a ramen and I wanted it to spicy but theres not spicy choice in the menu. When the food came i asked for chilli powder and the staff gave me a rude gesture and just gave me a hint of spicy powder. when I asked for more she is really unhappy and when I pay the bill they charged me extra without telling me anything. I would have paid more for spicy but the staff doesnt have to be rude and charged me after. Really bad experience.

The lady was rude when I wanted to order a roll from the menu. I wanted chicken, avo and cheese. She told me just to eat the chicken and cheese that was already made and riding around on the train. When I told her no thank you, she made a huff and did a bunch of other things before making the roll I asked for. Food was OK, the cheese is just plastic square cheese wrapped in plastic.
