I’ve traveled a lot and tend to get ramen in pretty every city I go to. I had no idea that Omaha NE would have the best. Everything on the menu is perfection.
I have a relative that lives in Omaha, and I always have to make a trip to Ika whenever I visit. Been going for years and it still the best
The staff at Ika Ramen work incredibly hard, but you’d never guess it from their friendly and accommodating demeanor. They’re always attentive and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions. I have specific dietary needs, and the staff at Ika are always careful and considerate, ensuring my food is safe and delicious every time.
Even though I live in Lincoln, I find myself driving to Omaha often just to enjoy a meal at Ika Ramen. It’s become one of my favorite places, and for good reason. The dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the restaurant. If you’re looking for a place with fantastic food, a great atmosphere, and a team that truly cares, look no further than Ika Ramen. You won’t be disappointed!
Playlist was dope too! Cool spot. Highly recommend
Per the meme above you need to take a step back and reevaluate your directives.
Why do you have a policy where when i walk into your restaurant with cash in hand asking for a to go order I am not able to place said order?
This occured after we tried to place a takeout order via a phone call as we were across the street at a different establishment.
I was told that “I had to place the order through the site.”
Okay what site–your website?? When i do a search on google and click on the menu option dordash or anothers like Menufy.com (labeled as the preferred choice) that come up. Each of these charges fees (menufy was 1$ more per item).
Why not have a QR code or something easily posted as a clean directive on how to place a to go order?.
Hell… You have a very nice manager that could have taken my order but was held in shackles by your policies and was through said directives unable to take my order despite the fact that i had cash or card to cover the meal.
I also asked about the possibility to sit at a table and order my food to go, maybe i would have tipped a sever for a beer while i waited who knows what would have happened. But with such guidelines in place that was not possible.
Ultimately i put in an order because my friend wanted your food. Low and behold some how it either went through for the wrong time or incorrectly because i didn’t know i need a “chownow code” which was texted to me and i did not see it.
We entered the restaurant where there seem to be only two people working. We waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone noticed us. After we were seated, our waitress gave us the menu and took our drink orders. She came back a few minutes later, where we placed our appetizer as well as entrée orders. The food came fairly fast, and was warm. We ordered the brussels sprouts for appetizers, which were delicious. The entrées (vegetarian, and seafood Ramen), were not as good as our appetizer. The price was reasonable for the quantity.
Overall, there are better Ramen places in the area. After visiting all those, and you’re looking for a new place, maybe you can consider this.
