This was my first time trying a sushi burrito and it was delightful! The interior was vast, and the service was quick and easy with a reasonable price. It is a nice place to chill with friends or to study when taking a break between classes.
The menu is very fresh, offering a wide range of vegetables and meats. I did not have any issues with the freshness of the vegetables, and the area was very clean, which I appreciated. The menu items are quite standard for most sushi places, offering things like California or tuna rolls. There are only a few options for vegetarians, such as the Vegan Roll. However, the place offers customization and unlimited toppings, which is very welcoming.
I would definitely recommend the customization option so you can find what is right for you. I wish I had tried the customization myself, but the Vegan Roll was not bad either.
I got mine with the spicy mayo and it was a surprise! The spice balanced well with the raw vegetables, and each bite got better and better. One thing I wished for was a seasoning option. Having plain salt, pepper, sesame, pickled ginger, or wasabi would be nice. I enjoy flavorful food, so I was a bit bummed that there was no extra seasoning. I had to rely on the mayo and seaweed for flavor instead. This is probably just a personal preference since I enjoy seasoning so much. However, everything else was good. The menu is straightforward, and the place is fast and clean.

I’m pretty happy with the place and get lunch here often.
Food – you can stuff it however you want which means it’s filling and healthy. The ingredients taste fresh and the rice they use is well seasoned, which means the food is delicious.
Value – I feel like it’s well priced. I’m a fairly big guy and I feel pretty full after eating it.
Other- the dude running the place is chill and polite, the restaurant is very clean, and I’m in and out in like 3-4 minutes.
I cannot recommend this place enough. 😀

We’ve come here many times over the past 2 years and love the food everytime! Service depends on who is there/currently employed. For the most part the servers are helpful, friendly, and personable. Overall the experience is amazing, the place is clean and quiet (unless it’s an active evening or weekend), and the board games ROCK.

I drove from west Seattle just for a sushi burrito. Finding this location is easy enough but parking is tough and or expensive. The restaurant is on the second floor so not accessible for all. Inside was so clean and has minimalist decor. The person taking my order was pretty quiet and served good portions but some was in the back hacking up a lung. So much so that we started laughing about it. Nonetheless I will come back for another burrito.

I have never heard of a sushi burrito but I got one and it was delicious! I can’t remember the name but it has shrimp and crab in it and it was so good. I did ask for soy sauce on the side so I could dip it. The lady that helped me was also very friendly!

I dined here in June of 2022. In general, the food was very delicious and fresh. The staff were super kind and attentive, and the food was prepared expertly! I ordered the salad with salmon poke, while my friends ordered the sushi burritos. The burritos were definitely large enough to split, or make for a great second meal! The salad was the perfect size for a meal. There was lots of seating space, and I would highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for a delicious, quick spot (the food was slightly expensive, but worth it for its freshness!)

IJ Sushi Burrito is a great place to eat with friends. They have a collection of games to play at the table, lots of seats, and great food and desserts! They feature a build your own burrito/bowl bar and also have options you can order if you don’t want to customize your own. The environment is clean, but note that there seems to be very few people working at a time so it takes a little bit of time to get your food
