We came here for the first time hoping to enjoy a good meal, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. We were told that there is a discount for first-time online orders, so we tried to place an order, but the whole process was very confusing and did not work properly. When I asked why the discount wasn’t applied, the response felt like “we don’t know and it’s not our problem.”
The attitude really ruined the experience. As first-time customers, this was very discouraging. I hope the management can improve both the ordering process and customer service.

I really enjoyed my sushi burrito experience. The staff is kind and the choices were plentiful and fresh. Honestly, this is a glorified poke bowl spot but I’m not mad at it. I did get a burrito because it was novel but upon return I’ll probably get a bowl as the burrito did not hold well together. I love to eat with my hands and get my hands messy, so I had fun with it but people like my dear husband, who do not like things falling apart, or messy would probably have had a heart attack. There is lots of other choices for restrictions of all types, and it’s located, conveniently in the food court by a bathroom near the movies.

For $17.50 (which included tax and tip), I thought I would have had something enjoyable, however what I got was a mushy roll that fell apart when I went to eat it. It had about 1 tablespoon of salmon in each half. Although the ingredients looked fresh they weren’t all that flavorful. I won’t be eating here again. I guess that’s what you get for mall sushi.

It’s delicious. The Dragon Ball roll is excellent. I tried the eel poke bowl and I would highly recommend it as well. The mall staff was super friendly. Be sure to ask for the wasabi.

First time order the spicy salmon poke added snow crab here. It’s soooooo good above and beyond. Everything tastes and looks fresh. They packed so well. The dasher driver is very cool followed instructions contact less service. Will re-order again thank you for fresh yummy food to all restaurant workers here 🙂

Fresh, healthy and tasty new food option. I enjoyed my Salmon sushi burrito so much, I brought my wife back a few days later. Once again, my spicy Salmon sushi burrito was big and wonderful. The sushi maker was helpful in making my choices of components. My wife’s salad was also delicious…just less in the bowl than in the burrito. She finished the last third of my sushi burrito and we were both happy. We will return and recommend to friends.

Great food, and I love the burrito idea, but they give you tons of food for such a little price, it’s crazy. I’m a celiac, so I wasn’t able to try their gluten-ftee spring rolls(share a glutenated deep fryer), so hopefully they will get two and make one gf only.
Overall, it’s a great place to grab a bite of Japan in a burrito! Not spendy either.
If it looks like a long line, don’t worry, they go through it fast.

This place is located in the food court of the Westfield Southcenter Mall. My son and I had some Christmas shopping to do and noticed this little place. You choose exactly what you want in your burrito. I’m not usually one to eat at food courts but this place was really good! I will definitely eat here again!

They can’t get your order right at all. Pay for things you don’t even get. I asked for 8oz of tuna and got salmon instead even when asking for tuna as they were scooping salmon. Then they laughed about how they got it wrong behind the counter not acknowledging I was there. A waste of money piss poor work ethic. Then I asked for tuna again and they just put 4oz of tuna on top of the 8oz of salmon. And charged me for all of it.

Normally when I come here, the people are very polite and I enjoy the food. Today was the first time I had an issue and it was over a serious food ALLERGY. I did not notice he put sesame seeds(which I am allergic to) on top of my rice in my poke bowl until I had taken a couple bites. I went back and mentioned I was allergic and asked if I can get a new bowl made. He told me because I already ate it, I couldn’t get a refund or a new bowl. I told him I was ALLERGIC and did NOT ask for sesame seeds. I asked for the manager as well and he was saying I clearly saw him put them on (when I did not) and said I had already eaten it (implying that I was trying to cheat them for a freebie). I had taken TWO bites and had to dig down to the bottom to see all the sesame seeds that were mixed in already. I genuinely do not understand being so inconsiderate to a deadly allergy? I was not trying to cheat them, I just wanted to be able to eat something I paid for. Originally I just wanted a new bowl to be made, now I would like a refund.
