From the outside, it doesn’t really measure up. It looks used and worn out. It fits well with the neighborhood. However, when you enter the restaurant, you will be shocked and amazed by the interior and employees.

The people serving or kind, but the service can be very slow. In our experience we were seated promptly, our drinks arrive on time, and our meal came in a decent time. However, we waited for the bill nearly 30 minutes after we were clearly done eating and drinking. The server saw we were done about 10 minutes after we finished, but she took the orders of three tables, one of them had about six people, placing an order before making her way to our table. My daughter who wasn’t with us at the time when I told her where we went grimaced and said I don’t like going there they take too long. So don’t go here of you are in a hurry.

It’s IHOP, it’s your standard chain with food that’s consistent across locations. Came at 4pm on a Sunday before Labor Day, it was dead. It was also pouring rain outside. Updated modern interior, fast service, bathroom was clean. Sausage was greasy.

My kids love ihop – we always have a good experience here. My only complaint is the cost; the meal prices are reasonable, but kid’s meals don’t come with beverages, so it’s easily another $3-4 more per person, per refill. Points/rewards system is decent and can definitely help if you’re on a budget.
