Good experience! Went with my two friends after swimming. Tasted great! Partly cause we were starving. Service was good, especially after we tried the door, failed, drove away, called, drove back, failed at parking 8 times with the waitresses watching, and then awkwardly waddled in cackling like a bunch of witches. Waitress didnt mention it once. Fair pricing, and the restaurant was completely empty other then us. If you like a calm dining experience, I recommend.

We go to this restaurant for our Board meeting and it is great for small group gatherings and able to enjoy a great breakfast as well. I appreciate the great service from the staff as always have a friendly smile and greeting. The food is great and can always find a healthy choice. Mornings offer lots of space to choose a spot. Happy to have this restaurant close by!

Went for their happy hour to find out they discontinued it 6 months ago. Why???
Ordered from their cheap menu that had 4 choices starting at $7. Got the $8 deal with two buttermilk pancakes, 2 eggs, and 2 sausages or 2 crispy bacon strips.
The nice waitress let me order one bacon and one sausage. I ate that so fast, the syrup choices were delicious. Try them all: original, strawberry, butter pecan, and blueberry. My favorite one was the butter pecan.
I will be back!

Rosa is very kind, the table she assigned me was very clean, and my dinner was delicious. I didn’t have to wait long for my food, and even though Rosa had a couple of other tables to attend to, she provided excellent service. She was always attentive to see if I needed anything else. I really appreciated her service.

Tena took care of my wife and I- she was attentive and quick, very professional. The food came out quickly, correctly, was hot, and tasted great. Its an IHOP and people should know what to expect- we were comfortable, full, and had plenty of coffee for under $40.

The food was good as always but the table and the silverware were dirty. Spilled coffee on the menu and crumbs on the table plus some kind of film on the fork… They gave us new utensils and we wiped the table ourselves. Ordered a ‘split-decision’ and side of hash browns that were excellent.

NICOLE B WAS AN AMAZING SERVER!!! She served my family of 14 with precision as ALWAYS & the food was delicious & hot!!! I cannot recommend this IHOP more. But specifically the Lake Stevens location because they’re the best IHOP I’ve ever eaten at. And Nicole is the best ever I’ve ever had!

Our server, Beautiful, was amazing. She was so friendly, efficient and helpful. We were impressed at how all the staff helped each other out, regardless of whether it was “their job” or not. And everyone was so nice! We will definitely be coming back!!

We opted to hit this location instead of the ones in Everett to beat the trestle traffic coming east for a Thursday afternoon commute. Im glad we did!

I am not sure but either this is a new location or under new management because this was the cleanest and most Attentive ihop i have been to in a looong time.
Our waiter was awesome, i think his name was Rick, he made ua giggle, memorized our order well, kept me well stocked with lots of french vanilla creamer for my coffee. My wife’s steak was cooked up absolutely perfect the way she likes it. My favorite part of the meal was that it wasn’t just slopped on the plates, it was presented well, and the portions were not overly huge, but just the right size. The eggs were great and not rubbery. My crepe was amazing!
We will definitely be back to this location again!

Unfortunately we came out to dinner with 3 kiddos and a baby. We waited almost an hour once our order was taken when the food came out it was luke warm, dried out and they forgot the babies pancakes. The server never checked on our table or refilled drinks. The staff was completely absent and when we were done she set the bill down and at that point we asked about our pancakes where she stated “oh my gosh I thought she brought them out” and she went and got them they were Luke warm. I wouldn’t advise this location if you want good service and warm food. Pictured is one of the sandwiches which is literally a chicken strip with sauce the cheese wasn’t melted and it was cold.
