When we pulled up it looked like it was closed. When we went inside to the seating area it was nice and clean. My husband and I shared a meal. We had water. The food came out really fast. The bacon was overcooked. The waitress came over once and refilled my water but not my husband’s. She then brought us the check. She set it down on the table and said ” I am sure you don’t want dessert.” She abruptly walked away. We weren’t given the opportunity to order anything else.

REGINA WAS AMAZING ON BROADWAY WE BROUGHT A HUGE PARTY AND SHE DID SO WELL!!!! We also are teenagers so money is tight but we left the best tip possible with what we have, she is so amazing!! Props to the cook aswell it was very tasty, we did not expect that from a ihop

Steve is or regular server and he is great. Remembers the Providence caregivers that come in after their shifts. Joshua the GM has has a great staff and really had wonderful presence in the building

Sorry didn’t take photos this time around! But I got the steak dinner with green beans, and a side salad. My partner got the special and the guest for a waffle.
Food was cooked delicious! The greens beans, steak was well seasoned, waffle came out great!
If there was anything not yummy, would be the bacon. It was cooked well but the brine used on it was way too strong for us. Nothing the restaurant can do about that, comes from the manufacturer.
Overall especially the service, not sure what his name is but he wears glasses and has the coolest looking mustache and beard. He was friendly, kind and attentive to all the guest not just us.
I appreciate people in the restaurant business who remember the importance of serving others, as too used to be a server back in the day.
Should also mention we ate on a Monday, very early! Between 7 AM & 8 AM which means the restaurant was most of the way empty.

We’ve had the same waitress, Esmeralda a couple of times now. She is wonderful! She’s smiley, outgoing, always positive and attentive. This IHOP not only has good food but wonderful customer service!!

I’m a regular at the broadway location and it’s the best so far I really like the manager he is cool and real nice to the older people that come through the door the staff is also amazing always have a smile on there face and also work great with the customers thank you guys will keep coming back

I love a good IHOP breakfast. It’s everything about it that I love, a private booth in a generally quiet atmosphere. A cup of coffee with delicious pancakes, and freedom to linger and enjoy a crossword puzzle. My idea of morning heaven!

Came in this morning and had a senior breakfast but if I had bothered to get a menu they would have shown me they started a new promotion for house faves.
So I came back this evening and I got an omelette and two pancakes for seven bucks. Such a deal. Open to everybody. This is a place to come and have fun. I just needed to unwind today and this is such a treat for me.
Sept. Matt is awesome! Another stellar breakfast. They cooked the eggs perfectly and the hash browns are extra crispy. I am so loving this place. It’s a real treat for me and Matt made it extra special today. And thank you, thank you to the cooks for consistently doing such a great job in spite of the heavy Rush. I know I’m not the only one who loves eating here

Disappointed and Frustrated! The food was actually quite decent, no complaints really, though the biscuits and gravy could’ve used a little more flavor and the happy face pancakes lacked some of the items as shown on the menu, like the chocolate chips… But the service? Easily one of the worst experiences we’ve had dining out. We came in as a family of seven, and from the start, our waiter seemed irritated and rushed. He wasn’t welcoming, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. When it came time to pay, he announced our total out loud in front of the entire restaurant, no printed receipt, no breakdown, just a number. We tipped him $30, only to later discover (after asking for a receipt before we left) that gratuity had already been included, something he never disclosed. That kind of dishonesty felt intentional, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a regular tactic. Just wanted to share our experience so others can be aware. Great food, but the service absolutely horrible.
