Used to love to come but prices have increased. Blond lady at register doesnt ask if anyone is a senior or a child. So what should have been 1 adult, 1 child, and 1 senior was charged as 3 adults. And of course she “cant” reverse the charges.
And $55 bucks for 3 lunches is a bit much.

Great place to come when you have a group of folks all wanting different things to eat. Also if they have large appetites like ‘Ol Santa here. Everything from Steak to BBQ to Oriental will be found on the buffet. They also have a group gathering area where you can have your meetings as well. Santa gives them 2 up.

One of the cleanest buffets I’ve been to. Food selection was excellent. Choose from a small country style buffet, cooked to order steaks or Asian cuisine. Everything we tried was delicious. Our waitress, Kathy, was very attentive and friendly. She never once allowed our glasses to be less than half full. Would recommend and will definitely be returning on our next trip through Knoxville.

I use to love coming here. But they raised the prices lately and now I’m considering not coming back. The best time to come is when they open cause everything is fresh. If you come between lunch and dinner everything has just been sitting there. Personally I think the quality of all the chicken is not that great. There is only a couple times I’ve came here and not regretted it but lately it seems I’m getting buyer remorse every time I come here. Save your money. Eat somewhere else.

Large assortment of foods on this buffet. Strangely, the American fare was much better than the Chinese or Asian food. For example the sweet and sour chicken was inedible. The cheeseburgers and chicken livers were awesome. The lunch price was way to expensive.Never got a drink refill or visit by staff.

So I don’t live in the area and was very skeptical about coming here. I’m always skeptical when it comes to a Chinese buffet, we all know why. But I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
The place was clean, outdated but I don’t care about that. There was a ton to choose from. Apparently this used to be an old Golden Corral so they utilize all that space. They do have American option Foods as well, just basic stuff probably more for the kids chicken fingers french fries Pizza mashed potatoes gravy rolls things like that.
Their food was really warm and fresh tasting. Of course I went there at noon, which I think is a good time to go to Buffet because everything is still pretty new. They had tons of sushi to choose from and the sushi was actually really really good. There were lots of options, I am not a red meat eater but they do cook you your own steak the way you like it there. There were plenty of vegetarian options and chicken options and only a couple beef options which I enjoyed, because usually everything is beef and I don’t eat beef. If you go in there for the lo mein noodles, they’re kind of big and squishy which I didn’t love. So my kids wouldn’t have liked those lo mein noodles. Everything else was actually really good though, and for 14 bucks you can’t beat all the food. The dessert bar was your basic standard Chinese restaurant desserts so other than the chocolate pudding I didn’t eat any of those. Chocolate pudding always slams at a buffet. LOL
The servers were actually very sweet …
But for the love of GOD! Please stop piling plates so high. And WASTING so much. Just get what you will eat. People, for some reason, don’t understand the correlation between food waste and price increase. It’s standard business, guys. Just stop wasting so much it’s ridiculous.

The food here is decent overall—nothing amazing, but not bad either. However, be cautious about the pricing. They start charging dinner rates about an hour before dinner service begins, even though the dinner items aren’t available yet. That feels misleading and unfair to customers.The restaurant has a setup similar to Golden Corral with a Chinese buffet twist. Service can be slow at times, possibly due to language barriers, and the water tastes like tap. The steak at dinner was a bit tough and dry.Because of the pricing issue, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make their policy clearer.

It is very clean, the food is good and wide selections, the ice cream is so good my little kid love it. They have steam cooked at place for your favorite, it is juicy. It is busy so the food always come out fast and fresh. Not over salty like other buffet. Service is good enough she keeps refill drink when we ask and take our dirty plates. Overall good experience for Chinese buffet.

We tried this place for the first time after our favorite restaurant (Makinos) was too busy to eat at. Terrible mistake. In my 29 years I don’t think I’ve ever had food that tastes this bad at a restaurant. Also before I’d even finished half a plate of food my stomach starting bloating and hurting sooo bad. I actually legitimately cried from how terrible the food was and how bad it made me feel after eating it. Please do not go here. I can’t believe it has any good reviews, you guys okay?
