Absolutely top notch, best IHOP I have ever been to, the pancakes were fluffy, bacon crispy, everything was fresh. The orange juice was sharp and tart. Hashbrowns were perfectly golden brown, covered in ketchup made them a 10/10. The service was incredible, everyone was very attentive, my drink never ran dry. This IHOP will officially be on my weekly eating rotation. Somehow every expectation I had was exceeded. The manager was attentive, and even stopped by my table to ask how everything was, I think Andre was his name. I will definitely be back.

I wandered in by myself on a Monday, late morning. First of all, the IHOP food is good, forged via national taste tests, years of experience and attention to feedback. At this location, the service is excellent. I was especially impressed with the sheer volume of staff available…and they all seemed happy.

I often come to this Ihop, the staff is always pleasant, quick and always on top of making sure you have everything you need, refills, condiments, or simply checking in on you. The have one regular waiter that is always in a great mood and the food is usually very good as well. This place is always clean, and staffed appropriately so waits are never too bad. My favorite is the big breakfast burrito with pancakes, but I’ve never had a bad dish here.

I went with a friend on February 22, 2026 around 10 am. To the IHOP on Lanaster Drive NE, Salem, Oregon. It was PACKED because they’re offering $7.00 breakfasts. But the waitresses were friendly, smiling, and attentive even though they were so busy! Parking is challenging, but there’s an enormous parking area near IHOP. We were extremely fortunate, even though very full, the two of us had no wait on getting a table. I had a ham and cheese omelette with a buttermilk pancake and coffee. All tasted very delicious!!! Bravo IHOP!!!!!

My family and I went in tonight at the the Lancaster location. We waited at are table for 30 mins, never got our drink order. Then the server told us they don’t have gluten free options, although there menu states they have gluten free options. Absolutely no reason for us to wait that long without a drink order and to then come tell us there were no gf options. Avoid this IHOP like the plague.

I’m continuously impressed with this restaurant. I’ve tried almost every breakfast option in Salem and this IHOP is the most consistent, reliable, and affordable. They have great $7 choices during the week that blow fast food breakfast away. The Rewards program is fantastic and I frequently eat Steak & Eggs for free! Daniel is the best server but almost every server there goes above and beyond to make your breakfast a great experience.

Delicious IHOP in town. My favorite breakfast item is the Spicy Poblano Benedict. Great atmosphere especially after a busy Saturday.
