The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for a relaxing meal. The service was excellent — our waitress was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.
Our food arrived hot and freshly prepared, and everything tasted delicious. The turkey sandwich was generously packed with tender slices of meat, making it hearty and satisfying. The hash browns were crisp and golden, while the scrambled eggs were perfectly fluffy and cooked just right.
The crepes were sweet and enjoyable, though fresh strawberries instead of frozen would have elevated them from good to outstanding. Overall, it was a great dining experience — delicious food, excellent service, and a pleasant place to stop for a meal.

I was very disappointed by my experience. The qlass in which my coffee was served had clear signs of previous use, including dried coffee residue and visible marks around the rim. This should never happen in a restaurant and immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness.
What made this even more concerning was the fact that both my glass and my husband’s glass had the same issue. When this happens to more than one person at the same table, it cannot simply be considered an accident
We did inform the staff, and the glasses were replaced. However, changing the glasses does not solve the underlying problem, which is the lack of proper hygiene and quality control.
I did not have the option to leave or change restaurants at the time because my young daughter was extremely hungry and looking forward to eating pancakes. While the food itself tasted good, this situation made me uncomfortable and negatively affected my overall experience,
Cleanliness is especially important when dining with a child, and this was unacceptable. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses their hygiene and quality control practices.

The food was good, what you would expect. Our Server April was absolutely GREAT! She helped not over spend, we went in for my daughter’s birthday but it was also pancake day. FREE PANCAKES! April guided us to better options so we recieved the free pancakes. She helped make my daughter’s birthday an even more special day!

Linda greeted my family and started us out on the most enjoyable visit!!! It was like we were family and she invited us in with open arms and laughter at our terrible jokes. Our server Jessica was attentive and friendly. She made sure we had all we needed and made us feel as we were important to her and not just another customer to get through.

The service was far beyond what we expected. Four kids, three adults. The kids’ orders came out almost as fast as we ordered! The adult meals were not far behind. All of it was HOT and done to perfection. The server was the best we’ve ever had there: fast, responsive, friendly and always smiling. (Even after our four time stopping her on the way to someone else.). Well done!!

I have not been a fan of I Hop due to all the bad experiences I had but today after my sister dr appointment she wanted to try 1 more time and I am glad I did. The service was excellent. The server April was amazing. I wish there were more like her. She is a keeper. Because of her I will be returning there

Sue did great and provided quick and informative service all while dealing with difficult guest. The host did a great job, while also training someone. The food was well prepared, the hash browns being square threw me off. The food was good nothing to write home about, but the service more than made up for it.

IHOP in McMinnville, Oregon haS become a family favorite of ours; pleasing three generations from age 2 to senior citizens. The restaurant is clean, the food is delicious and the service is excellent. Our favorite server, April, is the epitome of what a server should be. She always gives all the options, refills drinks promptly, brings extra napkins for the littles, makes sure we like our food, etc. etc.. . . all with a smile on her face. We love IHOP.

Service was top notch. The restaurant was pretty crowded when we arrived but we got seated immediately. Sue served us and she was very friendly. Never once had to ask for a refill on anything, she stayed on top of it and made us feel very welcomed. Needless to say I left very full with a great experience. I will be visiting again.
