Hey hey heres another awesome review. Soo me & wifey has been to this IHOP a few times and we love it. My reason of writing ✍️ this review is because great service should always be recognized, & the last few times me & my wife has come here that is what we’ve truly received Especially from ms. APRIL ♀️ who’s always smiling & happy to take your order, & get it right the first time. Now what truly made her stand out is her remembering not only us but our order also. A creative burger not on the menu THE DOUBLE BACON CHEESE BURGER with fresh Avocado & two eggs depending on how you’re feeling sunny side up R over easy built for a hungryMan Wifey same thing but single patty & your choice of onion rings R French fries you could never go wrong with that Once again Thank you APRIL, for the hard work, speed, & dedication you bring to our table every time. April is a great server! The manager even checked on us! Food delivered by Kristen was perfect! The spinach and mushroom omelet with hollandaise sauce was so delicious! The banana strawberry French Toast hit the spot! The specialized hot chocolate was superb. We will definitely be back!

Food was good but I can honestly say I’ve had better quality food at other ihops. Our server was really nice and attentive. However the atmosphere was terrible, lots of dirty tables and trash on the floor, someone even brought in their German shepherd it wasn’t even a service dog because he had no vest and was jumping on the seats and the owners were trying to get him to sit. I wouldn’t come back to this place. I’ve done twice already and both times it’s always so dirty.

This is sad :/ maybe I came in on the wrong night? My server left and asked me to pay before I even got all my food… On top of that kinduh missing a lot my blueberry splash drink was missing blueberries my Colorado omelette didn’t have ham?.. the Salisbury steak didn’t have sauce just some what looked slightly sauteed onions and mushrooms… Oh and I got my side pancakes with a hair on the butter 🙂 the crepes were overdone and the Mac n cheese cheese wasn’t melted along with the cheese on my omelette… Came in at 920 got my drinks at 10.. and I don’t have a waiter or waitress to help also I paid already so I don’t think anyone is coming to help lol… Yikes never again coming here I guess.. update the overnight server saw us he fixed what he could.
